I think def. knows that..it's unfathomable to even see that scenario tho...IF that happens..The def. could very well use that in their appeals as well.. :tantrum:

BTW~~ The lesser included charges are routine in ALL felony cases like this..BUT IN this case..It's all or nothing...The Def. only hope is that someone on that jury believes he's insane and the rest do not..That would be a Hung jury..So would require retrial...Doubt it will happen..

After listening to opening statement by Brauchler (thanks to MissHaley for providing link) He pretty well outlined the case timeline wise perfectly. While I realize his statement is NOT evidence..IT is a "Program" of sorts for the juror's to watch for...Evidence/testimony is what is what they can consider and believe me..since I did not see this originally..hindsight tells me THEY not only proved their case..Def. actually enhanced that case with their obvious hidings of ball and experts who couldn't stand up or appear credible!!

But But THEY have been trying to do that since day1..But thankfully this trial has a Judge ( unlike in Arias Case) who knows what he is doing.. :loveyou:

I'm definitely going to watch GB's opening statement over the weekend. I missed half of it at the beginning of the trial.

Can you believe I haven't missed a single day of this trial! Now that's commitment. And much as I've really enjoyed sharing it with you all I really don't want a retrial!
