Opening up the Tactical Helmet...orange hairs found inside.

Both Mrs. Teesch-Maguire and Agent Vannicelli putting on gloves to handle the helmet. (More courtroom theatrics...first we have really seen in this trial!)

Agent Vannicelli asked to point out the hairs in the helmet on the ELMO. He picks up the laser pointer...told it doesn't work by Judge...chuckles throughout room. Told he has to use old school pointer. LOL!!

Just out of curiosity, How is those Court reporter taking down the testimony? Is it digital, typing or what? It's been a long time since I've seen any of them with that huge cone they put over their face to simply repeat what testimony is.

I have to assume with advances in technology..and video taping..that a lot of the work is actually transcript after the fact..but I could be wrong...because how would they be able to repeat a question if asked by an attorney ????:thinking:

well, I think he was expecting to get shot! He brought every thing to protect body, (not just the guns, ammo, practice on gun range, window tint, etc. & all the stuff to booby trap apt). He did want to get away & fight! guns, ammo, taser, knives, tire puncture. OH My.

I have heard her ask for things to be repeated, so I assume she is taking down everything as it is said in court.

Now, has technology advanced where what we know as a stenograph? From a quick search just now, it doesn't really appear like it to me.
