I apologise for my many questions. I'm not used to a U.S. Courtroom.
Do the witnesses wait outside the court until they are called to give evidence?

I know the next witness (at least up here in Canada..they are outside of courtroom..unless the witness on stand is deemed final one for day or a lunch break will be coming before they would have to be called to the stand..So I assume it's similar in the USA.

Having said that tho, there may be exceptions...depending on circumstances..ala next witness is a prisoner..and needs to be kept separate from society in general and Jailer's responsible for him/her can maintain control and maintain safety.

Interesting...the two Deputies in court are in "guard" position. Wonder why? The guns are safe...they can't take one out to shoot JH! LOL!!

I think buying the targets, etc. & practicing at gun range places another eerie element of premeditation. Not that he just bought ONE gun & then went out to murder(insane)- he practiced to be an efficient shooter!!!!! (NOT insane) IMO

If I try to pile stuff like that...it becomes quickly a pile on the floor!! What kind of plastic doesn't slide off like that? LOL!!
