APD Investigator Guscott confirms she examined evidence from behind the theater. She confirms she wanted to repackage items "pursuant to protocol."

Defense asks APD Investigator Guscott about live ammunition found behind the theater. Confirms there is a dent on the shell casing on the side of the bullet. Says she does not remember whether it was there when she initially processed it.

.or he was under influence of Drugs.....DID they even do a Tox Screem on him, IF YOU KNOW? He admitted to taking some meds..but can't recall at the moment..
