Defense asks APD Investigator Guscott about live ammunition found behind the theater. Confirms there is a dent on the shell casing on the side of the bullet. Says she does not remember whether it was there when she initially processed it.

Well at least one juror is listening..asking questions about contacts...LOL Not a worry..We have a jury actually listening the the evidence!!!!

I recall as a Trauma nurse..with BF who wore contacts..I always inquired about Contact lenses inplace when trauma victim came in..(as IF left in place under anesthesia could cause huge problems IF left in without proper care/removal!!!!) Some just "Never thought of that" :facepalm: In my business..it's the collective experiences that make a great team effort when caring for patients :happydance:

I'm looking forward to hearing a definition of insanity from the experts. How a person behaves and whether they can slip in and out of insanity.

The definition will be for "legal insanity". The key word being legal

YES!!! We got all of the evidence of what he had with him at the theater!!! The guns, his ammo, his tactical gear, etc.

It was AWESOME as presented in its entirety!!

(Not "Awesome" as in yay/great - but in the overwhelming way)
