Thanks! I probably won't, because I just have a hard time following the technical stuff. Like why this powder is where, and how the powder acts when this happens. Maybe I just don't care how a gun works? I am comfortable just knowing it does...LOL!!

I am going to respond to this with a question for y'all!

When put on a jury, especially this jury, do they have to answer if they know anything about it already?

For example, could that juror have remembered the reports of him playing puppet with his sock?????

If they can have prior knowledge, I would almost be willing to bet money that is why that questioned was asked!

I think most of the jurors (with the exception of a few who said they don't watch the news) said they knew about the case but also said they hadn't formed an opinions about his sanity at the time. I've been convinced that at least one juror has significant knowledge about the details in this case when a question was asked about the number of gas masks that were collected as evidence.

Defense says expert can't say for sure how the residue got on items. That's why there are 3 categories #theatertrial #theatershooting

Thanks for responding to that question...I also said the same thing yesterday about the gas mask!

Because there was SOOOOOOO much talk about it, and it "proving" there was another shooter. That JH was a scopalamine drugged patsy and someone else did the shooting, and JH was really by his car the entire time - never actually in the theater and never fired a gun.

Of course, I should probably refrain from saying what I feel about those types of people...it was talked about in larger circles than just conspiracy theorists!

I think this witness described it perfectly..All she is tasked to do is find GSW..She can't testify how and why it's there..Person discharged weapon, touched weaponed with GSW or came in contact with something that was exposed to GSW....Her testimony is really just a confirmation of GSW..Nothing more or nothing less..and yet we will still hear Defence harp of that fact...YET The defence don't deny their client actually fired the weapons that Killed and maimed ..SMH..

They are wasting time.....I'm sure many of those victim's actually had GSW on them..in those from seats!!! GSW is spread initially thru the air and elements land on whatever..carpet, clothing, etc....Defence will truly test these juror's sensibility :gaah:
