No one, including psychiatrists, could know #JamesHolmes mental state during shooting. How then does prosecutor prove he was not insane?
Here's a tweet that tells just what many laypeople don't get...Accordingly to the above tweet..unless you can get into the mind at the specific time of mass murder..THEN no one can say "THEY weren't INSANE"..My response..Go get a life..When one pre-lans so meticulously with weapons, setting traps..protecting themselves..move forward with plan to annihilate other humans ( as already describes his mission) then have the nerve to suggest..He was insane?? Hate to say..EVIL does not equate legally insane?? Ms. Lynda Halbert..go get an education of mental health and Legality

JQ- would simply handling a rifle, cartridge or bullets leave gsr? If near the reside yes and rifles can have them from manufacturer
