I agree 100% :) I can't watch/listen to the trial...too sad. But, I do read everyday and catch up. Many thanks for the tweets and posts.

My great niece has Autism and she is 10 years old. She is in Special Eds classes at school. I don't think she has the ability too think and plan something like this. She is a repeater... asking the same question over and over and over again. She also has such an amazing memory for names and never forgets someone she has met.

Asperger is a totally different ballgame...maybe he does and maybe he doesn't!

Just throwing my 2 cents worth in :)

I agree that this could be what JH has.

The first time I learned about it was watching Big Brother 14 TV show where we got to watch someone who a lot of people thought also had that. Lots of discussion about it.

This person linked below won the whole show, was very smart, and also had a "tic" where he would rock back and forth on chairs.

He was incredibly smart and won the whole show and money which is hard to do to outlast a bunch of people. He was likeable and had a few quirks but people really liked him because he was so unique.

Jury Trial Questionnaire on Mental Health: People v. James Holmes

Holmes has pleaded Not Guilty by reason of Insanity. But, before the Prosecution and Defense Teams can present their case, there was a Jury Selection phase. It involved in part a 75 item questionnaire and those pertaining to Mental Health specifically are listed here for review.

For 25 minutes Thursday morning during the murder trial of James Holmes in Centennial, Colorado, jurors passed the mountain of evidence gathered from the theater from person to person.

Among the items they handled were two Glock handguns, a Smith and Wesson M&P15 rifle, magazines and ammunition, tactical body armor, two knives, a trio of gas masks, a Taser, and even the pink flip flops of one of the victims.

fyi....only piece of evidence taken out of plastic yesterday was ballistic helmet so it could be put under projector......orange hair stuck to helmet was then pointed out to jury.....

now reviewing other testimony from yesterday.....

court to start in approximately 5 minutes....
