Kaitlyn heard a loud crash and it was the swat team kicking the door in JH's apt. #theatershooting #theatertrial

Just going back a little...this confuses me?

I thought she said the door was open. And then we saw the robot open it. When did SWAT blow the door?

ETA - after just hearing the 911 call, I now believe this to be the door to the complex itself, since she said they wouldn't be able to get in and they could contact her.

I know---perhaps she referenced someone else?

That's what I was thinking too. Maybe she mentioned someone's name or said "so and so said"

I wish we could see him close up. I know in the Arias trial it was so helpful to be able to watch and get a sense of who she was by her expressions, coloring and giggling. :facepalm:
I think the eyes say a lot and just the general vibration of a person.

Thankfully part of his plan failed. There were enough Victims! IMO he does have some form of Mental "issue". Do I think he legally qualifies as a defense? No. IMO he happens to be a mass killer who suffers from whatever. His whatever did not cause the mass killing. It is apparent in his planning and careful securing of items needed he was fully aware it was wrong. IMO of course.

I'm guessing he must be on something as his defense is saying he is mentally ill. But.. I'm not sure about that.

Actually, the police had closed & locked the door, tied it shut so no one would go in or get out (if someone was still inside)..The loud noise she described as kicking down the door was in truth, the use of a shotgun aimed at door lock that shattered it.

Hope that helps you to be less confused..oh yeah, they also cleared out the apartment building dweller prior to attempting to enter that booby trapped apartment.. :bombshell:

Right. They had cleared the apartment complex before the robot entered and shot through the lock. So she wouldn't have heard that.
