The best words I have to use to describe what I am feeling after seeing all of this would be censored and get me banned!!

I will be feeling intense when the defense puts up their doctors & do the 'poor Jimmy' he was in the grips of schizo(can't spell it) & the boo hoo feeling they did in the opening!!!!!!

I was thinking that JH doesn't seem to show any reaction to testimony which is why I thought he might be on medication. Did anyone see the Cosy Posey trial? I remember he didn't show any emotion at all but it was revealed he was very medicated. I wondered if this was the case here too.

Yea, I watched the Cody Posey trial ( I love his defence attorney BTW)...medication no doubt. Much of those antipsychotic meds often leave the affect of "Flat Affect" versus sleepy...but have been told it doesn't actually stop the ability to perceive ..only helps control their emotional outward emoting .

I was thinking about his defense this morning...

So, from what I gather, he is saying he was having paranoid delusions. For example, lets say he really thought Obama was telling him the fate of the entire world was on his shoulders, and he needed to kill everyone in order to save it. (Using Obama because it was reported he heard Obama talking through the walls while in custody, or something like that. **rolls eyes**)

So he proceeded to do all of this stuff - the planning, the buying, the practicing, the implementation - all while still dealing with people "normally" throughout those 2 months or whatever?? Not giving any indication to those that knew him and how he was before the "paranoid delusions" set in? Not using anything other than his real name?

I just don't believe that...for even a millisecond!

not only that, but he never talks to his lawyers! I've never seen a defendant have no whispering, writing, etc.

another thing that bugs me is that every time he stands for the jury- he casually stands with his hands in his pockets!! Not a care in the world!!!!!!!!!!!! for some reason, it really bothers me.

Right????? It's just so bizarre! There is no way to defend the actual facts. The ONLY thing they have is that he was so out of his mind crazy he had no idea that what he was doing was wrong, and he wasn't saving all of mankind by his actions!

Adco bomb tech Gerdeman said he used the robot's arm to grab the thermos rigged above the frying pan. He misjudged and grabbed the handle but also a portion of the lid. The thermos tipped to the side, but did not spill. It moved to the side of the frying pan.

Adco bomb tech Gerdeman said he tried to move the frying pan, but the handle was stuck under the thermos, so he had to remove the thermos first.
