I hate to say this but, Nurmi, from the arias trial did better in cross & re-cross than King. I can't believe it wrote that! But, King isn't making any real points.

I totally agree that JH should have a defence. I just find his team to be hard to watch. They are irritating. I can't put my finger on why.

What is annyoying to me about this attorney is
he comes across like he is identifying some earth shattering surprises that helps JH case. But the questions and answers are providing nothing substantial at all.

The attorney is just very loud and trying to make everything sound like he is uncovering some great defense information. And all I am hearing is a bunch of nothing. LOL

He isn't. His demeanour has changed and he has become aggressive. I don't think that will do him any favours.

Agree - I wondered that when I started reading. Compared to other big trials, its odd how the websleuths pages are set up. Thread numbers?

Desperate King - trying to suggest Woodcock could have spent hours, albeit not face-to-face with JH, but behind scenes reviewing the case documents and even perhaps watching Reid's videos. Testament to strength of Reid as expert witness. ( Reid's "gravelly" dulcet tones could sell me anything!)

He really doesn't have to because Colorado state law is prosecution has the burden of proof. King really doesn't have much to cross Dr Reid was so thorough. King might be better when defense turn.

Yes definitely! Also there seems to be an undercurrent of disrespect.

ooohh.....a juror must have phychiatric skills because that question they just reviewed is very specific to phychiatry.

Yes I saw the first page. I meant, like previous Webs trails, I was expecting the threads marked eg. Day 24 - June 4th and links to court documents etc. It was hard to navigate initially, and as others said I ended up searching again as I thought " That can't be it on a big trial like this."

I did a google search probably back in early February to see if there was a date set for trial to begin and I remember seeing something like "most likely will begin on ________" but after that, it totally slipped my mind to check again.
I'm in Canada and when the shooting happened it was very much like any other incident of this magnitude... it was all anyone talked about and saw on TV. But now and leading up to the trial? not one word anywhere. literally I have seen absolutely nothing!! which I find odd given the circumstances. I definitely thought it would be all anyone was talking about.
I find in so interesting actually hearing the whole trial and JH's words himself for the first time. I too am very surprised

Even the Boston bomber didn't seem that active
this one snuck upnon me--

''I'M BACK!! Jury questions..going by the type of ?'s..It appears they actually want him to opine on things he can't ala IF released to society what is the likely hood..blah blah..NOPE that will go into sentencing phase.... But my overall impressions that they actually trust this man!!
