Ohhh Dr. Reid must be frustrated as he is confined to the limitations of his assigned agenda...I would love to actually get his opinion of his actual diagnosis ..and how he would treat him?????? Boy IF I had had any emotion issues or had someone close to me with them..I would LOVE for this wonderful man to treat myself/them!! I sure do admire him and his expertise!! KUDO"S!!

Yes..then of course he can always say that the jammed gun made him make that decision..still a cognitive thinking process...LOL doesn't mater either way..He made decision based on situation things..NOT clouded inside of a psychosis...BAM!!

After watching trials for decades..Defences almost always have that demeanour and tactic towards the witness...They would go on and on and on..then ask Correct....But jury is always admonished "What lawyers say in the courtroom is NOT testimony " and should not be considered as such!! ..But I'm sure some juror's could be swayed by inferences...That's why I like witnesses to say YES or NO and explain.. laypersons have a tendency to get intimidated..and many will NOT clarify their answers..BUT experts DO!!
