Do you think Dr Fenton is going to testify? I don't know about all y'all but I'm going to put more weight on JH interviews with psychiatrist closer to the killings before and after. Two years after the fact and being medicated for that amount of time I'm having a difficult time with since the insanity defense it based on at the time of the crime. I don't know will have to hear all the evidence. Jury has a tough job that's for sure. I wish this trial wasn't so long I'm not getting much done.

All I can attest to is that Dr. read actually read out loud what DSM V was set up to do with all the parameters. and cautioned to apply other evidence ( such as interviews/ specific tests etc) before coming up with actual diagnosis.. BUT because Dr. Reid's task was very narrow..he couldn't testify to test results and go further ..only whether he was Insane or Sane plus had the Capacity to know Right from wrong in his decision making...So due to that..jury could only consider both the interview ( 22 hours) and his testimony regarding his expert opinion of Sanity or Legally Insane as per Colorado Law... I'm willing to bet Def. will spend days on Psycho Babble to try and snow job the jury...
Prosecutions does have another Psych Expert..not sure name..Think it phonetically sounded like Metzner:facepalm:

Oh, Okay. Thanks for clarifying LyndyLoo, now I see. So the Docs who did the actual evaluations will eventually be testifying no doubt--much appreciate you taking the time to explain.

Isn't Hillary the girl he only met up with ( post Gardi) and after date and trying to talk with her..JH stopped..as he knew another GF would interfere with "HIS MISSION" wasn't part of his plan ..Gerrrr ..SO no actual relationship was ever developed... I seem to recall JH referred to it as a "Meet and Greet" type thing...Maybe someone else can recall what he said about the interaction???

Zoey, 3 doors to the west, a roof is going on a house. 3 doors to the east, a jack hammer is taking out a small patio and stairs in front of the house and now the guy right behind me is 'mixing' his bands music on the computer and all I hear is the bass and get the vibrations through the ground. I so know how you feel. Oh, let's add that 2 doors down kids are setting off firecrackers, which is not allowed until June 29 for the holiday but when PD come by, the kids are hiding....and they are ages about 10 throwing the stuff in the street. I am going to hibernate in the basement/family room with our
Shelties and my husband. Shelites hate this noise! I hope your noise ends soon.

Know the feeling about fireworks---my dogs used to HATE them---we now have a bunny (not a good replacement for a dog--but.....) and she is freaking out over the noise everyone is making--I'm now getting saw sound--(its upper 70's here so windows open--no a/c)
We live close to a Indian Reservation who sell all kinds of illegal fireworks----HATE THEM AND 4TH OF JULY--due to this, they should start soon---good times!

OMG..Every time I heard Dr. Reid ask JH "How did that make you feel".. Nurmi's demeanour immediately came to mind..only the Dr. was actually interviewing for diagnostic reasons..BUT the Nurm's..Not so much :stop::deadhorse::whistle: > to this during Arias trial uke:

Thanks Cotton, did they happen to present the documented results in court yet? IIRC Dr. Reid testified that JH had a Personality Disorder but I don't recall any tweets telling us WHICH PD Holmes has, so just trying to figure out why that hasn't been examined in testimony? I can no longer watch the trial so having to come here and read tweets--any help would be appreciated.

Hi , they didn't present the results as far as I am aware. But King asked Reid exactly which tests were done to reveal malingering. This was Day 25, afternoon, if I could find it I would, Reid mentioned about 4 tests and farmed those out, as he said this was specialism of psychols not psychia. After the tests, he concluded that JH was not malingering, as did all the psychol admin the tests.

AFAIK the PD IS the schizotypal which can be "prodomal" ie. precursor phase of schizophrenia or remain as a PD.

I agree Ms Josie, but as Reid said the mentally ill can exaggerate so it's all very murky. But I am sceptical too.

JH doesn't have the expertise though to balance all the symptoms and he doesn't have access to any research tools since arrest.

Incidentally, the previous poster asked will Fenton testify, apparently yes she will but question is, for which side.

Can someone post the best live stream link as I will give it another try.
