I was just thinking that. She does not come across well when she speaks. It's almost a pain to listen to. In my opinion anyway..

Does anyone thing that JH is 'acting' a lot...besides a mental illnesses, he is just acting to make himself look worse? I wonder with all the 'research' and 'self diagnosis' he has done that he is acting and exaggerating his 'illness'.

I agree Ms Josie, but as Reid said the mentally ill can exaggerate so it's all very murky. But I am sceptical too.

JH doesn't have the expertise though to balance all the symptoms and he doesn't have access to any research tools since arrest.

Incidentally, the previous poster asked will Fenton testify, apparently yes she will but question is, for which side.

So far it's still dealing with emails..and the Judge will mull threw them over weekend and rule on Monday..

Jury should be back in the next 5 minutes or so!!

Just arguing whether emails from December to July 2012 can be admitted. Judge will read over the weekend and decide on Monday.

Now the judge is talking about scheduling.

Wants to know if the prosecution will be done in 2 calendar months or 8 weeks.

Judge 'not inclined' to take 10 days off. Said its not fair on the jury. Said 25 June is ok.

Who the heck is this defence guy..They had hoped to start 29th?? but could start 24th whoops Judge suggested 25 th..Judge bartering bit there :fence:...LOL Prosecution is AHEAD of schedule..so they feel inconvenienced....Boo Hoo..Judge will NOT ( unlike Judge Stephen's who thought nothing of giving defence a week here and there.blah blah ) shut things down for 10 days!! Too Bad so Sad Defence!!

Def. CIC should only take 2 weeks...LOL
