Dr Metzner was the first court appointed psychiatrist in #Theatershooting. In extremely unusual move State asked for & got a do-over after

As experienced /probably more experienced as Dr Reid.
Metzner is a Prof, a Fellow and 35-40 yrs experience, teaches and is highly experienced/qual in Forensic Psych unlike Reid.
He advised on DSM4 in the development of DSM5
