Geesh..My computer froze up on me...what did I miss..I've read back and sounds like Def. has started their 40 minute closing....I don't think I could sit thru 35 minutes of the same old repeat of what the Judge declared already to the jury... June 2012 - he couldn’t do final oral exams, he was so sick he was “off the track”. Neurosciene - 14 years old decided

He knew his mind was broken. Maybe he could fix it if he went into Neuroscience and not tell about awful thoughts

Dis-a-gree!! He'd been cookin' on this one since he was about 12 years old. MI might have made him bolder, but this train was on its way to a crash, way back there. JMHO.

Oh dear, indeed! If I were on the jury, after listening to all that testimony, then detailed instructions going over the same points, by the time Ms Brady is now regurgitating the same points again, I'd be tuning it out, JMHO.
I tuned in after she started - did she use powerpoint (ETA - nevermind, I see it behind her now) yet? I wonder what happens if she goes over her time?

I know he takes an anti-psychotic now, along with other meds - does he still take the anti-depressant, too? That doesn't bear out their argument (but that doesn't mean it isn't true!).And didn't one (or more) of the Drs testify that he had discontinued them on his own before he ended treatment?

So many of the defense arguments contradict each other, IMO
