I feel sorry for her also. She didn't ask for any of this. She had said during her testimony that she was told not to write him, as things can be used against him. I always thought that maybe it was because of this. Once on the Internet, it stays there.

And the parents...each and every day they must be asking what did they miss...could they have done something differently...I think if any juror wants to spare him the dp it is for the parents and sister. Not being in the courtroom I don't know how they came across but they will not sparse him because of caring about him but the family? I think they will go for dp.

This is one verdict I really want to see as it goes down so have cleared the calendar after 4pm today and think that will be good...that is 3pm Denver time and it is 12:43 and no lunch yet...so the 3 hour could put it at least after 4pm. I feel 100% confident it will be today.

I just got the opportunity to see the juy question and the judges answer. The Judge explains his reasoning fully and cites the caselaw behind that decision, and both parties agree with the judge, and that viewing should be limited.
Then the defense objects, nevertheless, changing their position - once the Judge says what video the jury wants to see. Did it not occur to them that the jury might want to see this evidence of the actual crime? Did they think the jury would want to see video of a Holmes' family Christmas?

I can see why the Judge didn't understand the reversal by the defense. I really admire this Judge, he is patient, fair, and explains evertything fully, IMO

Since I'm afraid to pull up a live stream, because it blew up my computer; I went to #theatershooting on twitter to see updates. There is someone who keeps posting pics of the dead victims with pics of other people who look similar & is saying that victims aren't dead and even the judge is an imposter! WTH? I know it's a troll & a bad person, but they are saying disturbing things. It's the weirdest thing I've even seen, makes no sense.

People who do things like this make me so very MAD!!!

I don't think the argument that CO doesn't execute is a reason to say jury should give him LWOP, IMO. That is not evidence that was brought into trial. Judges instructions were clear.

Also, don't execute a mentally ill person. The law does provide for the mentally ill- no one can be executed if their IQ is 70 or below. That is not the case for this mass murderer.

I find this DT's teams constant objections only citing the US Constitution to be really irritating. They clearly have no basis for the objection other than "... judge, this is really bad for our side..." and I think the judge is getting tired of it as well.

My favourite is The Gold Patrol. I like the way they tweet. They are very victim orientated.
