We did learn one thing....someone on WS asked earlier what the lawyers do on their computer. The defense just stated they found the Newsweek article/tweet that the Juror Foreman was referring too.

So some of the lawyers can be searching for that kind of info about jurors on media sites, other trial info and or are reading sites like WS to gain information.

The defense sure found it fast. It could have been the lawyer or one of the law clerks that sits on the side facing the defense table.

- JH killed victims in crowded theater. They were trapped by design, the tear gas. It was dark and crowded.

Tear gas made it hard for them to move. Some unable to flee

They had to know there was nothing they could do to protect themselves, to stop him from killing them, death was imminent

I have never heard of anytime juror's names were disseminated in media in any other trial..until after proceeding were complete ( which this one isn't) SMH...WTH is going on IF they did mention his name or not..ALL they know right now that it was an anonymous tweet to him personally with full name (most tweeter's use their full name as a handle>thats why I don't tweet..just read..

Who released the Jury Foreman's name....someone leaked it. So far all I hear are numbers assigned to the Jurors. The names were only known to the defense, state and the Judge, that I know of.

I agree 100%..but given how defence is constantly delaying and looking to cause a mistrial..who know's.....Wanna bet Newsweek will squeal if that actually a fact?

Other cases scenario would be if someone in the courtroom (observers) knows him and leaked..BUT why unless they had an issue with DP?? Sorry..me thinks this was a setup..How did the defence come up with the target tweet/article so quickly???? Hummmmm:thinking:
