Ohhh don't believe that for one minute...we saw for 2 days just how engaged he was..sitting forward reading files infront of him..answered clearing and appropriately ever question asked him by the Judge..BUT as soon as jury enters room..mannequin stance!! :drumroll:

He's an evil poser..He only engages when it suits his purpose...meanwhile, assumes posture of some drugged out psycho..It's all a front/farce!!

What happens in Phase 2?

This is the phase when def. gets to put on their pity party evidence to suggest to the jury their client is worthy..he has some merit in life. Parents, 5th grade teacher..neighbours who had their dog saved by him ( my imaginations there LOL) maybe some friends from his college days in California...not to mention witnesses who will upplay his mental illness untreated properly ( gaming folks like Fenton and others)....

Then Pros. have a chance to cross those witnesses..then can put on a rebuttal CIC to disprove whatever the murderer friendly folks might say..

Then the jury has to go back and decide IF any of the mitigators OUTWEIGH the 96 aggravators...That's the weighing part...then vote accordingly....

Not sure how many aggravators have to be disproved by def.//have to wait for instructions by Judge Samour there...IF it only 1 (unanimous) necessary to go to phase 3 is up in the air right now???

ETA~~ Maybe my bolded is the wrong word..Think it should be outweighs the aggravator..sorry :facepalm:
