Okay, so the defense has called the mother of a friend of the younger sister of JH - who saw him a few times in passing many years ago. Then the attendance seceratary from his elementary school? Honestly, how often does a child interact with the attendance person? In my experience, never.
Now they're on to a substitute HS teacher - oops, i he was chem teacher? How often could he possibly have interacted with JH? Is it really necessary to have him ID a photo of the school? Like someone is going to challenge school was there? "Jimmy' was shy as a freshman? This is going to be a long phase....IMO

I'm 44. I can barely remember the people I was at school with when I was ten let alone the teacher. How does this guy remember so much? I know it's not as long ago but he must see so many kids.

Defense probably tried to call other teachers, friends parents, etc., but those people did not want to testify. The defense is going to the last on their lists that they could call....that is all they have.
