James Spain, 25, was last seen on Saturday at about 7:30 p.m. in the area of East Green Valley Ranch Boulevard and Himalaya Road. He was wearing a red and black hoody sweatshirt, blue jeans and brown shoes. Spain is “reportedly” developmentally disabled
