I agree totally Mssheila, He called her a bully, letting a brutal baby killer slide for 8 months, having all the evidence she needs to prosecute. I got so excited to hear this from Bill I didn't really hear the guests last comments but I think he said the Attorney General is going to prod her in the you know what.

When I heard Bill scream out - Where's the Attorney General I couldn't believe my ears. Hooray! :woohoo:

I hope so Scandi...except Owen has a bad habit of acting angry and indignate, then Lacy talks to him and Owen wimps out and does nothing.

I'm afraid Owen will wimp out again....he's done in office and I can't see Owen doing anything more than make a strong statement or two.

Hi guys. I just emailed NG and Catherine Crier again to ask them to talk about this. I also emailed Bill OReilly to encourage him to talk more, and Greta again asking her to do an update (she said she was going to stay with it a few weeks back). Glenn Beck also got an email.. I don't watch his show, but maybe he'll start in.

What do you think about Keith Olberman, or anyone else on MSNBC? I don't watch MSNBC much since Dan Abrams show went off. I think Dan had the best legal show around, and I'm still bummed that it's not on anymore. I'm happy that he's gone on to do bigger things, but I miss him!

Would anyone care to join me in emailing Dateline and 48 Hours? Dateline has been doing all crime stories lately. The To Catch a Predator is a huge success, and I noticed their focus shift to crime stories lately. I'm going to email both shows.

Mary Lacy needs to be investigated for her incompetence, at best... and her possible corruption. Something is VERY wrong there.

DA confirms probe in baby's death

A Boulder grand jury is investigating the unsolved death of an 11-week-old Louisville boy who died nine months ago from what the coroner concluded were abuse-related injuries.

Boulder District Attorney Mary Lacy confirmed the existence of the grand jury investigation Wednesday, the first time she has released any information on her office's involvement in the Jason Midyette case.

The grand jury officially began its investigation Oct. 26.

Critics have said that it has taken too long for Lacy to file charges in the death.

Jason died in early March from head injuries after spending about a week in the hospital.

An attorney for mother Molly Midyette declined to comment Wednesday. An attorney for father Alex Midyette did not return phone calls

Nah...............old Lacy won't prosecute, wait and see....probably give an explaination like: "mumble, mumble...lack of evidence...mumble, mumble...Tracey has the real suspect corresponding with disturbing emails...mummble, mumble...I'm not an expert on search and seizure laws...mumble, mumble...like my new haircut? Or Show Me, if she actually decides to pursue charges, she will have a plea bargain all wrapped up complete with a pretty bow for them. Heck, if she files charges, the most they will have to be concerned with is wearing one of those lovely ankle monitors. And that will last maybe 90 days at the most.

October 26th is the day she started GJ proceedings against them? I'm just wondering if that's just to make her look good, since O'Reilly's been on her fat lazy a$$.
