Have you seen this man? He was last seen September 8, 2018, at his residence in the Littleton area in Douglas County and we need your help in locating him.

Jeffrey Carter is a white male, 5'10, 170 lbs, with red hair and green eyes. He drives a 2017 Silver Nissan Altima with a red and white fleet license plate TQL490. The vehicle does have "Lyft" stickers on the front and back.

Jeffrey left his residence wearing green plaid pajama pants and a faded green t-shirt. Jeffery works for Lyft and stated that he was going to pick up some rides, however, his app has not been used since his disappearance.

Something about this reminds me of Eric Pracht, a 25-year-old paramedic who allegedly went for a late night walk with no shoes or socks in Lakewood, CO in 2016 and was never seen again.

I grew up very near Green Mountain so his case sticks with me. Also just the element of who would want to make you disappear and why--and who might cover for them.

Not sure I'ld get in if my Lyft driver came to pick me up in his jammies. I wonder who he told he was leaving to pick up rides?

I've never used this kind of service however don't the passengers get in the back seat? If so, they wouldn't know if he was wearing PJ bottoms. It could have been sweats for all anyone would know. He had a green T-shirt so that wouldn't cause concerns. IMO. Again, I've never used this service but is there some way to keep track of calls/pickups etc?

Lyft will know if he picked up a ride, where, who and what the drop off was. There is also GPS.

Who actually reported him missing was it roommates since we have a description of what he was wearing. Jeffrey told someone he was picking up Lyft rides but the app was not in use at that time or since then so it appears there was some deception on Jeffrey's part. Was Jeffrey meeting someone else that he didn't want anybody to know about. I hope this not a self harm situation.
I wish we knew more about Jeffrey. No information about his cell phone except about the Lyft app.
Were other apps on his cell phone turned off as well. Any success tracking his phone.

Some drivers prefer you to sit in back, some prefer to have you sit in front. I’ve done both and to be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever noticed what my driver was wearing no matter where I was sitting. I don’t think wearing PJs is odd. But pick ups are tracked through the Lyft app and that hasn’t been used, which is concerning.

All good questions. Every article I've seen has all the same information so far. Nothing new.
