We just got back from searching and were told there will be no more ground searches. Every place to be searched has been searched.

The only thing I can think of concerning why the father might not want to come to Colorado is that he has no family to go to. It sounds like things are extremely tempestuous between him and his exwife, so he might just be afraid to go anywhere near her with emotions so high.

That's all I can think of.

I didn't see any dogs but we were sent out on buses to search specific areas for two hours each bus load.

Over 1000 people showed up to help search for Jessica; towards afternoon people were being turned away because those already out were going to stay until dark and that was it, no more volunteer searches.

It is hard for them to know where to search, knowing she most likely went off in a car. Seems they are covering all of the areas where she could have conceivable walked.

We are a victim friendly site. The father is considered a victim and as such is not to be criticized or bashed.

IMO, LE has changed narrowed their focus and believe she's within a three block radius. This would be a good thing. JMO!

Was it ever mentioned if Jessica had a cell phone with her? A last ping would be good info. Or it might even still be pinging.

I don't think so. They just started with the last seen area, and will begin widening the search radius. MOO-

Yes- and I think most of us weren't expecting it until Friday overnight. The snow was a surprise to me.

This is a pic of the news vans and some police cars outside the rec center.

All water, parks, undeveloped land has been searched (divers in the water) and the entire neighborhood + I'm not sure how much further out.

Garbage day is Wednesday? No garbage cans outside. We inadvertently went down Jessica's street when leaving and were allowed in but were stopped and had to show identity to leave.

So many people came to help, I'm so proud of our community! (BlackJack and PizzaHut served meals)
