Yes I think it is him. I believe the jogger may have identified him w glasses so perhaps he normally does wear glasses. He also has a round face; he looks like some of the pictures on the Instagram account with the shape of his face,

Maybe send to ft. Collins police too. WM PD may be getting overwhelmed right now.

He also has been wearing his facial hair like that in other pictures.

I watched the presser LE/FBI had after Jessica was ID'ed and could tell that it was something horrific, it was a gut feeling.

Police came to the home and Sigg, 17, told police in great detail about what happened to Jessica. He also told them that human remains were inside a crawl space under the home

Okay so how many other missing girls are there in Colorado if the remains aren't JR's... :furious: UGH, :truce: I can't say anymore about this creep.

If I heard correctly on HLN, LE released his photo for a particular purpose and it is for people to come forward not only for Colorado but surrounding states. He had a vehicle. Recreational activity for this freak may not have been bar hopping and dancing at clubs.

Depends on what "under the house" means.

If he buried them in the basement (dirt floor, I'd assume), there may not have been much smell.

Also, can any locals chime in? Sometimes during radon remediation, a flue stack is installed running from the basement up through the roof to lower/remove radon from the basement. Is radon found in that area?

Humans are usually not at all good at tracking scents. If the occupants noticed an odour, they may not have realised it was coming from their own house. Or they may have thought they had plumbing problems.

This is all speculation since LE hasn't even confirmed that Sigg said that, let alone released any such information.
