I can't see anything in that photo either. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place?. This is a clearer view of the culvert area.

That appears to be just an exposed part of the pipe. If you look closely, you can see the grass/dirt buildup on the top of the culvert, and that long shape is a part that isn't covered by the grass.

I tried to look too but can't tell. She's so tiny that from that high, I don't believe it to be a limb that looks that large but then again, what the hell do I know.

Yes This is just her torso. It isn't completely clear. Poor baby. I do believe she died quickly and this was done after.

Gag orders tend to do that. Tuesday should bring a little more information. I am pretty sure he will be tried as an adult and moved to the regular jail. I guess we will see.
