In the middle photo, I can see a fence post. I can't tell if they are actively moving the body in the photo, or if it's in the place of discovery. Can someone answer this for me? Trying to figure out if the perp, just stopped on the side of the road and threw the body over the fence?

This is a still image taken from the video of them removing the body from the place of discovery. It was not in that spot when found but a slight distance away.
The body/remains appear to have been placed on a back board (I think its called)
