This was sad-I was just out shopping and when I went back to my car, someone had tucked a business card with her picture and description into my drivers side window. They're still searching, even though it seems pretty bleak. . It just broke my heart to see her little face.

I think "severed" was just some new way to make "not intact" more gruesome and sensational, since"dismembered" had already been used.

Does anyone know if the fence that the body was found beside is barbed wire or just cable? How far does it run along the road? I'm also curious as to how LE are getting over/through it. I hope that they check the wire in case anything may have gotten left on it if the perp leaned against it. Like a snag of fabric, hair or skin.

I also noticed there is a gate shown on the google map view a bit further W I believe, would like to know the finding if there were any tampering w/ that as well.

I just can't get that triangle area out of my head, from where they found the body, and the bookbag and the point of abduction.

Anytime a bpdy is found and personal items are found elsewhere you get a triangle.

The white van again......


The day before Jessica's disappearance, two young girls told Arvada police a man in white van followed them as they walked home from Lawrence Elementary School, WPTV reported. A suspicious white van was also reported in the neighborhood where Jessica lived the morning of her disappearance.

Went through this in the Baby Lisa case. WPTV is a south Florida TV station. Don't use them as a source for a case in Denver or Kansas City. They are owned by Scripps. WPTV ranks high in search engines and their stories turn up but they are just basically assigning the Denver station's content to their site. WPTV did no reporting.

I understand, I've been here for many years, been through too many of these cases. For some reason this time this one bothers me, don't know why, all I was doing was stating that this time this triangle bothers me.

Which brings me to the thought I had last night...could police have been watching a suspect in this case who inadvertently led them to this scene? Don't murderers return to the scene?

In following the missing Iowa cousins too many attempted abductions by persons in white vans have been reported by many Iowa LE and news stations. White vans seem to be the signature of the child molester, either that or black SUV's
