School is out today so I took my 9 yr old to the movies in Westminster. That town is covered in purple ribbons.

If the body was thrown over the fence, it had to be someone that was able to lift the dead weight of a small body up and over the entire fence. Im sure most men would be able to do this.

The location seems like a quick after thought. This makes me think he's local. Maybe even an older teenager. We don't know if she got into the car of her own free will or was forced into it, but I think a child would usually be more apt to get in the car with a teenage boy than a man.

Although, in the Cody, Wy abduction the poor little girl got in his car, which tells me he looked safe and "normal" to a child. This to me is the scariest of all the types..he probably flies under the radar. Why can't they all just look like the monsters they truly are?

Why the delay?

What in the perp's profile might suggest a delay in confirmation might help draw him out, if that was the intent?

Was LE hoping to have determined a perp or additional discovery?

I know I'll be turning around the video as soon as the news conference ends. So I should have the raw video up within 15 minutes or so after the news conference ends on KCTV5.com. I'll also have to update the story itself. This is for those who can't watch live or are on a mobile device. Our feed can't be viewed on a mobile device but our "cut" videos can. Hope this helps.
