Actually we don't even know if there is a crime, yet. We just have a death, officially.

I'm not sure I would trust "Mom's" word if they cleared him, KWIM. However, they didn't arrest him.

I really don't know how they could've possibly cleared him THAT fast.

That said, it was likely just one of many visits to RSOs that they will be making in the coming weeks.

Any person who commits a crime of assault in the third degree and the victim is an at-risk adult, commits a class 5 felony.
