Yes... I found those two late last night, but wasn't posting them because I didn't think we could. If we are thinking of the same ones, the one that is on 106th Court is just on the other side of the park...

Haven't caught up with threads yet, but yes, those are the two I saw. They are not coming up when I use their names on the site Redheadedegal gave me. Don't know why just yet.

LE seems to believe the perp is a local who would blend in, only we don't know if they have evidence pointing in that direction, or are just quoting the standard "look at your neighbors" speech. Still, I do believe that it is a local, and quite possibly not an RSO.

That’s what’s haunting me too. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this predator is an “organized lust killer” capable of doing everything you described including necrophilia. The worst kind of serial killer, Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer.

In continuing along this same particular subject regarding opinions on the profile of this predator i must say that i very much agree with your thoughts above, wishbone... I too am of the opinion that jessica's murderer is in no way "typical" in terms of pedo predators..tho, imo they all are the worst of the worst due to the fact that it is our most innocent, trusting, and defenseless children that are the hunted prey of these b@[email protected] in that vein they all are one in the same..but the predator in this case I am getting a whole other, much more intense and much darker vibe from thats keeping those tiny hairs on the back of my neck raised...jmo

Of course I could be totally mistaken but just from what tiny modicum of information that we do know imo it does appear thus far my darker intuition is NOT without basis or cause.. Sadly I fear this predator we are dealing with that has robbed this family of their bright shining, radiant light that was Jessica, and has turned this community upside down in there being very much warranted fear growing amongst not only the parents that are keeping an extremely close and watchful eye on all of their children, as well as keeping them reined in and in close physical proximity at all times..but imo of course our very own children pick up easily on us, as their parents anxieties and fears even when we attempt to put on the brave front while around our children..kids are so very finely in tune with us, their parents..its us that they take their que from both consciously and subconsciously..therefor our warranted fears inevitably seep out and are passed along to our children..

Its my opinion that these fears, anxieties, and apprehensive feelings are ALL WITH VERY GOOD REASON...our intuitions are a God given, innate source of protection that we all have(tho some are much more in tune with their inner voices, their gut instincts, and intuitions)...but WE ALL ARE EQUIPPED WITH THEM AND WHEN LISTENED TO IMO THEY CAN ABSOLUTELY SAVE LIVES!

All of this is to say that I believe that the predator that stole Jessica from this life in the blink of an eye is an outright evil entity and that this evil thrives upon the darkest, most perverse inflictings of abuse on our most innocent and defenseless creatures in this universe...our children..

I will reiterate that all pedophiles are a breed of animal of dangerous proportions but this particular pedophile predator is just an all consuming evil with no conscience, no remorse, empathy, sympathy, or anything even remotely redeeming.. I believe many pedophiles are riddled and eaten with guilt, shame, and remorse and yes, even some i believe cry out for help in not wanting to harm innocent children just as they once were harmed themselves as innocent children that were preyed upon.

But my intuition of this predator is in no way, shape, or form even close to any of those descriptors that lead to their actually having a soul and a conscience..this predator imo feels no remorse, guilt, or shame..just the opposite it is the perverse abuses inflicted upon the innocent that he thrives upon, lives for, and is continually seeking more of.. He desires no help or assistance to save him from himself and his , perverse desires..imo its these type traits and mindset of this pedophile predator that sets him faaaar apart from the "norm"..its what imo makes this particular predator evil to the core and therefor of course the most dangerous and biggest of threats to us and our innocent children..

Lastly one other nagging "feeling" that I've had is that this predator hides in plain sight, a wolf within sheeps clothing, and disguised as a concerned citizen of the community ..living around the corner, down the street, and next door to one or more of us.. What imo validates my fear is the fact that authorities imo appear to be very stern in cautioning amongst EACH OTHER...as in imo their believing that he is one of the community..

And its up to us as protecting parents, concerned citizens, as silly as it may sound to some that we help to ensure that in this case right here and now that we make damn sure that good prevails over evil in finding and outting the wolf that walks amongst us, the sheep, cloaked in our sheep's clothing... Because he will without a single shadow of a doubt strike again...and again..and again..

All in all jmo and I truly hope my intuitions are somehow mistaken or possibly just overly, hyper vigilant..regardless tho the fact remains is that in order to protect our children HE MUST BE FOUND AND STOPPED IMMEDIATELY!!

(my apologies if this post comes across as overly melodramatic..its just that I am very much NOT at ease..my intuition regarding this predator seems to have truly kicked into overdrive)

If this is a factor, this creep is into Japanese culture or has a knowledge of Japanese culture. It's a long shot out of the park, but in their culture, they refer subordinates as "juniors" while their superiors or elders are referred to as "seniors". - Yup. I watched too much Japanese subbed shows to get that.

And if he used the JR as a factor, that would mean she knew him and could explain why she could have went with him with no screams or anything of the like. :websleuther:

Nothing has been released. It's all speculation. The only official statement we have from LE is that the body was "not intact." They haven't said why, or to what degree, or what that means.

Video from the night she was found appears to show her lying farther up the hill, but it's not clear, and again, nothing official has been said.

There have been various news reports describing various rumors about what has or hasn't been found. Again, nothing official.

We've all had thoughts about it, but until LE releases details, we're all just guessing.

Im not sure I agree with the opinion....and it is a very dangerous one for people to hold on to, IMO....

I hate to say it...but over time looking thru very lists of sex offenders (not just for this case, just over time), I have seen a number of attractive looking offenders.

In fact, in my county alone there are a few that if you saw on the street you would probably say he is attractive - and their addresses are actually located in upperclass areas.

Sex offenders (child molestors) come in all shapes, sizes, social and economic status, etc etc...

The statement sounded almost as if he wanted the perp to be ticked off by this description. It was almost like a taunt. I think it was too detailed and insulting to be just a profile. Is it possible that the perp would somehow react to that description in some way? (I hope that made some kind of sense).

I don't think think this person is both local and a serial killer. It has to be one or the other. I don't think it's a local/serial killer as there are no other similar cases in the area, yet. If another one pops up then, yes, it's possible that we have a local/serial.

From Jan-Aug 2012 there have been 24 murders in Denver.
I could not find any other endangered missing children in the area.

I feel that if this is a local then this is possibly a first killing, but not necessarily first crime. He could be a SO that ultimately killed his victim in this case.

With cases in surrounding states, of missing children, it is possible that we have a transient/traveling serial killer case. Transient killers probably wouldn't care if their victims are located as they leave such small footprints in the community and then leave. He may live in a hotel while he is in town and travel this same area every day.

It is interesting that the road where she was found had been closed until the week before her abduction/murder. This may make it even more secluded as not everyone in the area may know that that travel route has been reopened. I'd like to hear a local's take on the road closure and the amount of travel it sees daily. Why was it closed? For construction? Is this a major route that having being closed was an annoyance? On its reopening would it have been flooded with traffic? Or was it a minor route, easily detoured, and the reopening would have been less noticed?

I just wanted to add, I think this crime was quite premeditated. SOme official said the criminal was organized. That isn't likely in my eyes to be someone wandering through town, or someone who just grabbed a kid, any kid. I think this guy watched the area, and watched for kids that were typically alone for a period of time. I think he stalked to see which routes she took, and who she took them with. I think he had the route he was taking and how he was gonna get her in his car all planned out. I think he was waiting for her when she went past him, and he lured or grabbed her....

There is a reason an official used the term organized. I'm wondering if this means that he gave himself more escape time by leaving the remains not in tact. He knew it would take them longer to figure out who she was if he did that, and leave him more time to get away, change himself, his car... his appearance.... his lifestyle.

One more thing to consider. If he didn't live in that area at the time of the abduction, I'm betting we'll find out one day that he spent considerable time in that area as a kid, a teen or a young adult. He knew the area, he knew the blind spots in the area.

Lastly since I AM a photographer I can provide you with food for thought:
any decent photographer, even amateur with some experience or a student will tell you the two best times of day for "shooting" outside are just after the sun comes up (the two hours before) and just before the sun goes down (the two hours before the sun goes down). I don't live in that area, so I don't know just *how* popular this area is where the remains were found for photographers - but I'm wondering if the perp knows anything about photography? Then he would know when he would look least suspcious, and could get in and out without really being noticed. Just a thought.

Here is a thought I'm sure has been considered --
If the place where the remains were found is known to locals, and used typically as a place where photographers go... kids hang out etc....

Then what if he was prepared with something that would have made him blend in to that area quite easily? Perhaps he cased the area earlier with camera in hand or spray paint? Perhaps when he left the remains, he wasn't suspcious b/c he might have carried the remains in a tripod bag or a camera bag? We just don't know. But the easiest way to hide is to blend in. I'm betting that is exactly what the guy did. He blended in and therefore, no one noticed him.

Also, I'm going to say that LE seem quite convinced he is a local guy, and that someone would notice him changing his behavior or appearance. Someone who missed work, who never does. Someone who went out of town, never does.... they seemed to me to stress that he could be someone you work with, someone you know... even a relative.

From that, I suspect police think this guy has a family. I think they are thinking he has a spouse, and is hiding this from them. I think they think that whatever he changed is very subtle, and might be hard to notice, but they sure are urging people to be suspcious of any changes in behavior or appearance! They're basically saying, if he was late for work, or missed work, and never is, never does, or if he shaved, or suddenly grew a beard, cut his hair, dyed his hair, got a peircing, lost a piercing... any subtle thing that could easily be explained away by him... to call it in.

And you know what? People won't because they don't want to believe or even entertain the idea that their father, brother, spouse, relative, friend or co-worker could be *that guy* who did this to a little girl. People won't suspect him because he seems ordinary (if you listen carefully to what police said). People won't want to call because the person they call about might get mad at them and it could cause issues in their relationship with that person -- and police are right.

If someone calls in about a very subtle change in someone they happen to know or love, and it turns out it is NOT that guy... then ya, that guy they called about is going to be offended! you would be too if your loved ones thought it were possible that you were capable of this!!

But police seem convinced, that someone knows this guy, and knows him well enough to know something is / was off with him that day, and since this happened. And they need you to call it in if you noticed any changes in anyone around you! Even something small! Call anonymously, but for the love of god, call it in!

Best Case: you're wrong, but then you're assured that its NOT that guy b/c police will have ruled him out, thereby making you and your other loved ones, THAT much safer!! Then police can cross THOSE guys off their lists and move on!!

Worst Case: you're right, and you don't call it in, and he never gets check, and he keeps repeating this!!

I think you should send this to the local paper letter to the editor. Very well said!

At about 24 and about 35 secs into this report you can see the location of the body (especially at 24). The actual body has been blurred. I was wrong and other people were right when they said they did see a body or remains that night during the live streaming raw footage from the helicopter. I totally missed it at the time.

Hi, I heard on HLN yesterday her head and hands are missing. This was not stated by HLN but someone at the site. It may have been during the conference.I had HLN on most of the day and never heard it again. I had figured it was head and hands to prevent ID for awile they figured this also. Who ever did it must have thought DNA would take longer. LE said it was done by someone who knows how to dissect, it would take a long time to do. I felt so bad for her parents to hear this. They are still searching hoping to find the rest. In so many words they figure the person is nuts. I would look past where the backpack was found. This is so sad.lease:

I'm not sure I can buy into the idea that delaying ID was this guy's main concern. There was only one little girl missing. LE knew who it was. I think it's his DNA that worries him- collected by fingernail scrapings or a cheek swab.

Reiterated to my kids today: If someone you don't know approaches, you run the opposite direction, yelling as loud as you can.

Two young girls came to my house looking for their cat. You have to purposely make your way out here, and had they been male, their jittery behavior would have made me leave the door closed. But they were just young girls, skimpily dressed. I said I did not know of their cat, but to be careful going door to door. They said they knew. I kept saying it. We're in Texas, but we do get news out here. What are people thinking?
