If someone following this thread is privy to information about the whereabouts of Joe Keller, I implore you to please do the right thing and report what you know to the authorities. I am sure there are ways to do so without identifying yourself. You will have no peace until you do so.

One member, and one guest viewing this thread for Joe.

Where are you Joe?

It is sad that your case has turned into a Cold case already.

Bumping for Joe.

I hope there are interviews soon with the family to keep Joe current in the news.
He hasn't been current in the news for awhile, imoo. I haven't seen new articles, anyway.

Prayers to the family that Joe will be found.

IMOO.

Does anyone have a map overlay of the search area?

WELCOME TO WEBSLEUTHS Jackshand!!

Does anyone have a map overlay of the search area?

Yes, welcome to Jackshand, and you are absolutely right about what we need.

I also want to know about the reason for the reservoir search, and the reason for not LE not being at the ranch until after midnight.

Also, did anyone see Joe and/or his friends after the three of them went trap shooting after lunch (and before the run)?

Yes. Guests saw them. And it was a 1/4 of a mile. The story has not changed, broadcasters mistake. The boys was not involved in any way. This was an abduction. IMO. Alot of people disappears in this area, as i know of 6 so far.

1 child was recovered, the mother ran the man down and saved her child. 5 has vanished and never found their bodys. 3 was visitors at the ranch, Angelica Sandavol, n Angelica Sandavols cousin. Source Websleuths and Valley Courier. This is not my opinion but facts.

3 was visitors at the ranch

If 3 people disappeared from the same ranch, that should be followed up on. What were the names of the other two? Are there websleuths threads for them?

What is the cousin's name?

If you are referring to this article that mentions a missing girl (endangered runaway) and her mom's fiance is a cousin to Angelica.

the girl was found alive;she came home on her own after watching an interview on TV about her.

And not only what are the names of the people missing from the same ranch, but when did they go missing?
Is there a MSM link or WS link for these missing people?

ETA:
I can search for links in MSM if the names of the missing people are given...

If so many people are coming up missing from the same area, someone should start profiling each case for similar patterns. There may be a serial killer working at the ranch, or living in a nearby town.

However, none of that is fact unless there are ways to search for the information. If there is no trail for each accounting, and no names to research, it can only be considered speculation.

There has been a lot of focus on the abduction/other foul play angle in this case. Until something more is known, possibilities can't be ruled out utterly, but misadventure with (by now) fatality just seems so much more likely. Exertion above 9000 feet altitude within hours of arriving from a road trip from around sea level is how young people in otherwise good shape end up in crisis in Colorado. The terrain along that Forest Road 250 is extreme. The river is nearby. The search dogs found no scent of Joe Keller anywhere, even where he was known to be, so that (contrary to what a lot of people have been saying) is not evidence of anything. It means that those dogs are not going to solve this mystery and nothing else. I have heard all kinds of rumblings of corruption and patterns of crime and disappearance in Conejos County (an area with which I am moderately familiar), but I have not heard any fact-based, clear accounts that support these rumblings. Hundreds of people have been involved in the search. Dogs, mounted teams, aircraft, and drones have been involved. The family seems focused on the idea that someone knows where Joe Keller is and the goal is to find that person and financially incentivize this person to reveal Joe's whereabouts, but it seems so much more likely to me that *no one* knows where Joe Keller's body is, precisely, but that it's somewhere near where he was last seen alive. This happens sometimes in rough terrain.

I agree with you 100%. I think he was dizzy from the altitude and fell. He will be found eventually. Thanks for the great post!!

BTW, Angelica Sandoval disappeared four and almost a half years before Joe did, over fifty miles away from where Joe did, and in another county, under completely dissimilar circumstances.

Yes, I think that is a plausible theory, though I still remain hopeful that he is alive. Regarding the dizzy component, it's still questionable to me, because he was in such good physical shape and a swimmer. Being a runner and swimmer would certainly help, I would think, regarding that - maybe not. Since you have said this, it makes me wonder if anyone has asked the friend jogging with him if he himself experienced any symptoms relating to altitude. I know each individual differs in how their bodies process things, but it might be helpful to know if the friend had any problems with dizziness during his run.

I also wanted to ask a question ... still confused on so much regarding this case. Was the plan for the two boys to meet back at the ranch, or was it for them to meet back wherever they split up on the road before the friend went ahead? Thank you.
