When I've seen such posts for others in the past where they had no stated address but were known to "frequent a library" they were sometimes homeless OR living somewhere they had no access to a computer. I found her Facebook. No posts since 2021 but in reading her posts I think she may be dealing with some untreated mental health issues IMO. Katie Henson

Agreed, "frequent a library" is likely code for homeless.

Who reported her? Don't they have a decent photo? How was it determined that she is missing? If the definition of missing is not where she is supposed to be then where was she supposed to be?
