Kayleah Wilson Update
A press conference WILL BE HELD today, Monday, April 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Greeley Police Department.

Greeley Police Chief Jerry Garner and FBI Special Agent in Charge James H. Davis will update the media regarding the on going investigation into Kayleah Wilson.

Additional information will be released as updates become available. Another press advisory is planned for tomorrow Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 2 p.m. if deemed necessary. A notice will be sent out at approximately 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning with more information.

This is interesting because they're wanting to keep her in the news, and they may be be putting pressure on one or more specific POIs.

I had a growth spurt around that age and grew six inches in three months. She looks so different, I wonder if that happened to her. Or the changes may have come about from hanging around older kids.

Gray, that could be it. I think it could be a mixture of things. I kinda think it has to do with the whole school picture thing. When I look back at school pictures, I am pretty confident to say that I don't think I normally looked like that on a day to day basis. I was a tomboy too, so I can relate with Kayleah. It is probably more in her character to wear the hat and everything. It also could be the influence of older people around her, wanting to dress/act like them.

I understand it to mean they will have a PC to-day at 2pm

And another one tomorrow at 2pm, if needed and will send out a notice on it at 11am.

believe still info out there or people who have info that have not come forward

reward of 10k being announced for info that leads to her safe return

hope that the reward will drive these folks into coming in and talking about it.

800 leads now

still need help from the public.

they are not confident they have all the information out there and hope that the reward can help this

couple of sightings at greeley mall of her they are fairly confident of

IIRC, the friend she was supposed to meet up with lived behind (or near?) the mall. That also might explain her not taking a present along (unless those attending weren't going to bring one). Maybe she was planning on stopping in to get her friend a little something along the way.
