I can't take Clare seriously but that is just me...
she may mean well...she may be a scam...but in any case I'm not buying it.

She's phishing for business... read the last comment... she basically says that if no one finds Kayleah there, contact her and ask for a study. She goes on to give the illusion that she can tell people who the perps are if somoene would ask her to do a study.

Marc Klass labeled people like this, the best: "psychic predators"...

BBM --

I could be wrong, of course, but I always try to be open minded. I think her use of "study" is what she calls her "envisioning" or whatever it's called. In her first post, she spoke about when she "first did her study on Kayleah's pic".

There's just something about her posts. She's very specific and seems to know something about the area. As human (iirc) pointed out, her email seems to be a Polynesian addy. Her MySpace has her in Limousin

All kinds come out of the wood work. With the internet now they can just zoom in on Google maps. They can describe anything and be some what accurate.

No way! People who work over there stay much closer.

Not always true...my husband has worked in the oil fields for several years and has always traveled long distances, right now he drives 7 hours into Wyoming, oil field workers usually work 7 days on/7days off or 14 on/14 off and stay in what they call "man camps" for the time they are there which includes housing and food. Also alot of the field offices are based here in Weld county and Denver most of the people they hire are from this area, plus there are alot of experienced workers to pull from here. So totally fesable that someone that lives here would be familiar and comfortable with that area.

Have we heard any more on the "person"s of interest" or has it only been the one article ?

Hi guys did you see on the facebook page that someone emailed "claire" about another missing person case and she sent back an email re Kayleah, saying that now she had ladies with her......she also said she was in Tahiti......

I am a bit both ways with these type of things......years ago my best friends mother married a man who was a psychic for the police....she was australian and he was american, was actually a lecturer at a uni (college) but had a "gift".....he was not paid and no one really knew about it....not even the woman until after she married him...

also what about that recent case of the four or five young dark guys who went missing years and years ago and the psychic said that they had been killed by being locked in a house and the house set on fire...he knew the area and everything and this is exactly what happened....

"if" she really is in Tahiti, how does she know this area....

and then again, she is known to the fbi....

oh its terrible being a libran.....

still maybe if there are police out there they should check it out.

Heh heh....if you tell me your address chances are I can describe the front of your house even if I live on the other side of the planet. Google maps allows everyone to be "psychic"

There is no such thing as a psychic btw, they are all charlatans.

Good morning everyone ... I so hope there are some new developments soon, in finding Kayleah.

While I do not believe Clare can be of any use in this case, I won't write off the concept of psychics across the board, although I am not really a believer.
That said, I don't really want to be proved wrong here as do not think that would bode well for Kayleah if Clare is right.
There is an entire industry of so-called psychics who contact grieving families when a loved one is missing and offer to help for large sums of money; I can't think of a more despicable way to prey on vulnerable people. And I am sure that LE feels they must at least look into most of these kinds of tips-they can't afford to dismiss anything when they don't know anything.
That said, I am really counting on LE knowing a lot more than WE know...and sharing some of it with us in the next few days. But I am not optimistic about Kayleah. I am afraid this little girl won't get the chance to determine what kind of teenager she will be...

Kayleah Wilson case: Backpack ‘lead' goes nowhere
Friday, April 9, 2010

What could have been a major lead in the case of a missing 12-year-old girl in Greeley turned out to be an old backpack.

An employee at a business in the area of 13th Street and 8th Avenue told police Wednesday that he had a backpack that once belonged to missing Kayleah Wilson. But he'd had the backpack for several months.

The man, who said he didn't want to be identified, said he purchased the backpack last October at a church sale. He was looking at the backpack Wednesday and realized it had Kayleah's name in it.

Police met with the man and then contacted Kayleah's mother, April Wilson, who told them the family had donated the backpack to the church last year.

Investigators from Greeley police and the FBI said there were no new leads in the case

How could a backpack donated last year be considered a "major lead" ?

I think the owner of the BP was probably a little misleading at first with his tip...maybe LE was led to believe he had FOUND a backpack at first, and it may have been a major tip for about a minute until he was asked when/where etc...
Just shows how little news there is if this is reported, sadly...

Maybe today/tonight, the 13th evening Kayleah will be missing, something good will happen - maybe she will be found - maybe a clue!

Or maybe the guy was just a bit freaked out that he has a back pack with Kayleah's name on it. Just think...if someone else were to see that bag with her name on it and he hadn't told anyone he bought it at a yard sale, it wouldn't initially look good for him. It's good he got it cleared up, I think.

That is a very good point.
