It's in the north, right? (Yes! I looked it up.) But I can find Australia on a map! Does it really all look like those Mad Max movies? (Kidding....)

(Now look, you made me make another post...)
Pretty easy to find Aus and NZ, we are all down there by ourselves in a vast ocean of water.

Don't feel bad. I probably could not point out Scotland on a map of the UK. (Oops, that was another post.)

I usually can point out the places I have been to. Thank you, you are a kind heart and a gentleman. :)

Been there, can point out Melbourne and Sydney, as to NZ, we drove all over the North Island on the "wrong side of the road", and spent a great evening with Maori teachers, so, yes!

Might want to think about switching doctors...just kidding. But it is necessary for life.

Copper is an essential nutrient for the body. Together with iron, it enables the body to form red blood cells. It helps maintain healthy bones, blood vessels, nerves, and immune function, and it contributes to iron absorption. Sufficient copper in the diet may help prevent cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis, too.
Copper: Health benefits, recommended intake, sources, and risks
I took his reply to mean it's not typically tested. I've been in health care for a decade and can not remember ONE time copper levels in the blood were tested. Iron - YES. Magnesium - YES.

From what I have found it's a specialized test to monitor some specific diagnoses. IMO

MOO

Also, he's the most stellar doc I've EVER worked with. If anyone in my world needs the specific care he provides I'd for sure refer and do everything I can to help them get auth for his work. MOO

I've actually enhanced my geography knowledge by following cases on WS! Yes, I know geography without a murder happening in a place, but the cases do inspire me to look at maps of places I wouldn't otherwise.

I'd invite you over but lately I'd rather the opposite. (too expensive to re-lo to AU & NZ- I've been looking since 2012 and y'all ain't playin with newbs).

What is puzzling is that yesterday they took out one sealed box along with two other boxes that had a few paper bags in each but now they are going in with rolls of paper bags that would seem to indicate they are going to take a lot of things out that would fit in bags. I have trouble conceiving of what would require that many bags that either would not have been discovered yesterday or was discovered but not collected until today. I sure hope this isn't posturing by law enforcement.

I wonder if it could be posturing.

Could be they have examined what they collected yesterday and went back to get more just to reinforce the main evidence. Does that make sense? I’m a rookie at this.

Could be. It's really hard to tell.

Copper is a trace element, so it would require totally different measuring instruments.

Here is another funny situation. Lithium "should not be" in the body, unless a person is treated with Lithium salts, right? And yet, it is a trace element present in every body, only in tiny amounts.

Another search of Kelsey’s home. They brought in a ladder at one point, and were seen removing items in paper bags.

There were also banging sounds heard by reporters.

. **Sorry to re-quote**

Do you recall every having routine bloodwork done with Copper listed as a result? I'm seriously interested.

Because I can start naming MANY MANY doctors (all I've ever worked with and their referring partners and the referring to the referring) that do not test this as routine.

.@CBI_Colorado and Woodland Park Police have been going in and out of the home of Kelsey Berreth in Woodland Park, CO. I heard some banging coming from inside which sounded like someone hammering on the walls. #Denver7

Oh this is not good. Tearing up the stair treads and/or floorboards, perhaps?

I had to go to a Christmas concert tonight so now I'm 20+ pages behind. Has there been an arrest yet?

Nope. But it appears that they are making progress.

We don’t have any idea what they found, or what they removed. Nor do we know what brought them back.

I don't care much about copper or geography, even though I'm sure both are interesting, I just want to stay on topic, where's Kelsey?

I think we all are slightly nervous, and waiting for the news, that will probably not arrive today. In such situations, it is normal to be distracted by random things. We all are waiting for the news, but also know that they will not be happy. Hence anxiety, and distraction.

The glow is produced by a chemical reaction with iron in the blood, but other substances can cause a similar reaction.

Feces will produce the same glow, bleach can too. Urine also contains a small amount of blood.
Modern horseshoes are most often made of steel which is an iron alloy. Older horseshoes were made of iron.

Is it possible that a farrier generally has iron dust deposits on their person, hands, in their vehicle, in their boot prints - that could create widespread luminol false positives?

I didn't look too hard, but it seem to be an issue around any ironworker, ironworks.

(~~~the reasonable doubter~~~)

thanks. ugh - so they think there is evidence of a murder there, or even a body??? that would explain the aunt backing off the statement that PF picked up the baby from KB's house after safeway.

Thanks MassGuy.

It helps to be able to skim read through the discussion.

A big break in this case must be imminent.

MOO.

you totally prove my point. Thank you! and you're right on about Lithium! I've worked in Psych too!

It’s incomprehensible that their freezers haven’t already been checked. And that would be a really dumb place to hide a body you don’t want found.
Then you never followed the Eric Primousberger case.....

Worse were the high ranking people who, rather than stop it, told me it’s up to me to stop it by saying no. It’s a systemic issue unfortunately. But thank you. I just wonder if KB was in the same situation. It’s a very “good old boy” kind of environment, and if someone else took a liking to her...I just hope that theory is looked into. It’s partially why I’m not 100% sure that PF did this. The aggression I experienced was pretty intense, and saying “no” just made it more of a challenge.

We think of the texts as having to come from someone close to her. But someone who worked with her would know exactly who to text, too
Thank you, pretty zebra. You expressed that theory so well. I cannot punch holes in it any more than in PF theories.

I have been hearing those hooves, horse is the obvious, and they are not zebras, but could be mules, and perhaps one ol' Bessie cow.
