Police arrest fiancé of missing Colorado mother: Sources
Investigators served an arrest warrant Friday morning for Patrick Frazee, the fiancé of missing Colorado mother Kelsey Berreth, who hasn't been seen in nearly one month, sources told ABC News.

Frazee, the father of Berreth's baby, was seen in handcuffs.

Police believe Berreth, 29, is no longer alive, sources said.

It's what we suspected here all along but to see that last line in print, my heart breaks for Kelsey's family. @Kelsey's Aunt please tell your family that many here are praying for your family during this time. Rest assured that the evil that took her away will not win-- Kelsey's goodness and love will win out in the end here. Hold onto that and keep your faith.

IMO the phone records, the dump, the return search all led up to this point. I also think he had help and I think we will see more arrests or "cooperation" soon.

I was wondering, is it possible that they have already found Kelsey, hence the search in her home?

possible i'd say. usually if a body is found that makes the news pretty quickly, just knowing past cases. however, i did just read that police don't believe she is still alive...so i'm thinking they at least found something concrete like blood, if not her body

every morning i get up and check....finally....today, after last night's late visit to her place, there's an arrest....and it's PF. I'm so surprised.

I hope baby gets to be with mama’s family soon.

I will be watching for the details.

Right now, based on what’s been released and not released, I think Kelsey wanted a happy family with a white picket fence.

I think she met a hard working, relatively handsome man. She wanted the “happily ever after”... The emotions of the holidays and FB and Norman Rockwell...

I think maybe what we heard from her mom was true - at least as far as Kelsey knew. I think she believed she’d have dinner with Patrick. I think she was expecting to decorate for Christmas.

Depressed people that I’ve known (and have been) don’t usually bake. I think she was happy that morning.

I also think she wanted more. A shared home with the father of her baby. I think she let him know the status quo’s weren’t enough. Waking up alone on the holidays.

She may have mentioned that she had family she could stay with if they really weren’t ever going to make a life together...

One way or another, I think money came up. There would be child support. That’s where the word “custody” came up.

I don’t think it was planned. If it was, it was planned very shortly beforehand. He grabbed her purse, with her phone in it, and made her disappear.

I also think that there may be clues in which of baby’s belongings were left at Kelsey’s house. Mama’s often know to pack certain things. I don’t believe Kelsey kissed her baby goodbye.

This is how I feel. While the arrest is great news, the other side of this means she’s almost certainly gone . That poor baby.

Just so sad to see this, even though I felt from the start PF would be arrested at some point. I don't think any of us at WS ever want to be 'right' about these things. I hope LE has the answers and evidence they need to convict swiftly.

Thoughts and prayers to Kelsey's baby girl, her family and friends. I cannot imagine the pain, but they seem like a strong faith based family and I hope this gives them some peace and comfort during all of this.

WooHoo! The arrogance of this guy, whose probably been getting by with stuff his whole life, was off the chart. I think he purposely took things to Waste Management while investigators were at his home. These guys are narcissist who think they are smarter then everyone else and they usually all go down in the end. Pray for the poor baby who now is without mom or dad!
