Thanks. I know I'm in the minority, but I have been thinking this was premeditated. His lawyer will want to argue it down to second degree or manslaughter though if he can. JMO.
I think it was a planned reaction as well - JMO

"solicitation of first degree murder" in addition to 1st degree murder.

What is "solicitation for 1st degree murder"?

This is one of two charges, the other is 1st degree murder.

Soliciting to murder It shall be unlawful for any person or agent of that person to solicit another person or persons to cause the death of a human being by the act of murder in the first degree as is defined by Section 701.7 of this title.

this is so sickening -- I wonder if they argued and he got angry and struck her , NOT MEANING TO KILL HER , but a single blow did -- so terrible -- they were both beautiful people and i'm sure they have a beautiful baby -- prayers for kelsey's family and all those touched by this tragedy------------------ he wouldn't have harmed his baby (would he?) -- an argument was probably over the baby ---------- it wasn't planned ?

The DA anticipates that the arrest warrant will be sealed for at least 30 days until the court addresses whether it will be released to the public.
