her cousin said it's a long story... her mom said he had financial issues because the prices of cattle have dropped... now we have solicitation of murder... I think the narrative is becoming a bit more clear
I have been out most of the morning and trying to catch up here now. The solicitation charge is very interesting. Combined with the sealed arrest warrant I can't help but think there may be more arrests. The chief said something about recent information was helping them narrow the search for the body. I wonder if that is cellular info or other? I find it interesting that they have charged solicitation and not conspiracy or accessory. It will be interesting to see what all is behind this.

I am glad that they arrested him promptly. Some of these cases drag on for months.

I'm so happy they got him...but I'm just sick over the confirmation that KB is dead. I think almost all of us have believed that since thread #1, but knowing for sure is just terrible.

I wonder how he (or they) got her body out of the house without neighbors seeing something. Really took a chance doing that. No garage to do it in! Maybe came back in the middle of the night?
May have dismembered or tried the bathtub acid method. But you would think that the transport out would have to have been done in the middle of the night.

Has it been speculated that she is with her phone in Idaho? And he solicitated someone to take her body to wherever her phone pinged?

I see a lot of sympathy for Kelsey’s family. And rightly so of course! But let’s remember his family will be suffering too. And to just assume his mom or any of his family helped him at this point is wrong. Let’s pray for them too!

And the worst part for Kelsey's family will be when that baby girl is asking for her Father , and for her mother , but asking for the father will sting , I'm sure they are prepared for that and will have plenty of patience with that but it WILL sting , My condolences for you Kelsy's Aunt and those who loved her RIH Kelsey.

I think it was all about custody....it often is. Many previous cases going back years...jmo

That fits with the fact that he did not harm the child

Solicitation would lead me to believe this was very premeditated and not a heat of the moment thing. What is the motive? Seems pretty clear that her home must be where she was killed. I certainly didn't see that coming.

Yep - that's what I'm thinking too.
jmo

Me too. And if I am not mistaken that could be why we see a first degree murder charge. Because "aggravating circumstances" like premeditation is one of the things that can allow a first degree charge.

The solicitation charge sure screams of premeditation.

Im not certain when the waste management trip happened, but it sure as heck seems like the second visit to the PF's ranch and a return for more evidence at Kelseys apartment happened quickly after. JMO

Last night after they were taking large flat objects like drywall or cupboards out of KB"s house. I wondered if what they found at the trash was a large quantity of cleaning products-bleach, maybe paint that would indicate a possible crime scene cleanup and that was enough to get a search warrant and luminol the place last night. Who knows, it could have been something else that prompted it.

The best thing I heard is the baby will be reunited with her maternal family.
She will heal them
.

My wife believes that custody of the child played a role in what happened. The possibility that KB told PF that she wanted full custody of their child. She might have even told him she was going to be moving back home or somewhere else with the child. Whether he even cared about having full custody of his child, maybe it came down to pride and ego. "You're not going to take my child away from me." I have heard things like that being said by parents that have no real interest in their child. Anyways, yep, my wife feels this could've played a big part in this thing.

I totally agree. I think she told him she was going to move back to be closer to her family and taking her baby with her. He was not going to get in an expensive custody disputes so he did it the brutal, twisted way instead.

Some things are best left unsaid.

I think guilty conscience probably played into it & I'm thinking somebody came forward just over the last couple of days. JMO

Maybe because of the reward offered?

the more we learn about him , the more I believe he was probably abusive to her and she just probably hid it from her loved ones , which is very sad, she doesn't seem to have a "bestie " I wonder if he isolated her on purpose , I'm betting so .
