I think I have this one figured out. The Twin Falls evidence is probably related to the purchase of drywall and/or paint. If they can connect him to that, it also puts him near where her phone pinged. Blood evidence from his vehicle would prove that she was killed and moved in his truck. Blood evidence from her walls would establish the scene of the crime. It's possible that the Twin Falls evidence is tied to an accomplice. Either he sent someone there or had someone accompany him on the trip. That person's cell phone data probably provided evidence that was used to roll over the accomplice. So now there's a witness prepared to testify against him. It's anybody's guess who this witness might be. But I'd put money on it being a low-life. And he probably has access to a lot of those types.
Evidence could also be what she was carried in...suitcase, cooler, toolbox...or it could be the clothes she was wearing when she was killed.

And in that booking photo he looks like either he or his mom cut his hair with a pocket knife.

I thought the same thing. Cold looking eyes...

It seems that whoever the 3rd party is, they aren’t saying or don’t know where the body is. Either they participated in another part other than disposal, or they are still denying involvement in any of the crime and not talking. How LE discoverered 3rd party involvement will be interesting. I wonder too if they came forward on their own. Complete mystery at this point.

Does anyone know this:

Hypothetically, if LE has to track someone down who has knowledge of the circumstances, as opposed to them coming forward on their own, would that person still get a reward if their knowledge proved useful in finding her and / or securing a conviction?
Not sure but when I read the reward details it sounded to me like
it was for the return "of a live person" not so sure there's a reward
if she's dead.

deleted because it was already examined and debunked. I should have known!

Ever since the ping was mentioned by LE to have occurred in Idaho I have been thinking there is a strong possibility her body was taken there too. The reason I think this is there is a purse and phone and body the perp has to get rid of. So to minimize the risk of things being found I would tend to think the perp would get rid of them all in the same place and at the same time.

I had not yet considered cattle processing people and places that he may have known about.

The question I have if anyone knows. In the processing plants for animals like cattle, is it typical that these plants would have incinerators?

Thinking along the lines of someone he may have known that would let him use the incinerator or even do it for him for a money payment.
I wondered the same and looked up where people could be cremated in the area.
Guess I watched Ozark, more than once!

But the solicitation could involve any aspect of the crime, from the actual murder to the cleanup/assistance in coverup.
He was arrested for First Degree Murder and Solicitation to Commit Murder.

I think that is "wannabe". A few head of cattle that you run on BLM land hardly qualifies as a "cattle rancher". My friends have a pretty big spread here, with over 2000 head, they are involved in breeding Wagyu beef for export. It takes a lot of cash to really make money in cattle now.
Exactlty!!! Both my grandfathers were farmers. One raised crops, and the other was a diary farmer. Then came megafarms and my father's generation went on to do other things.

IMO in his booking photo ( mug shot - old school ) he looks very cold thru his eyes and he does not look like he has lost much sleep over this ordeal, he looks rested .
Interestingly, no other photo but the bookingv one shows L eye deviated sideways. I wonder if he is simply losing vision in this eye as there are no other symptoms consistent with a nerve palsy one might see.

I’m still thinking the murder was unplanned, a spontaneous rage that day and the third party/parties will be associated with coverup and disposal of her body. I think he asked for help after the crime.
It's possible. Initial charges often change upgraded or downgraded. The murder charge and solicitation charge may be not directly connected, eg, he solicited someone 3 months ago and that deal fell through but LE has evidence of it; and then he committed the murder in a different way, as you say, seeking accessories after the fact. The solicitation charge implies premeditation, but when the case tightens up it may come out as a 2nd degree murder in the moment of the act.

I have this feeling we might not get any updates today and tomorrow no matter what they find. Wednesday might bring some news.

I miss FOXFIRE, as well. He was truly devoted to solving these cases. Didn’t always agree with him, but respected his opinion.
He responded to the scene when a friend of mine was murdered in 1984. (She was only 16, we were sophomores in high school.)
Of course I didn't learn this until I came here.
Bless him!

here's one article, but it's inaccurate because the reward is not
offered by Police but instead an anonymous donor.

Pretty boy young-ish face? It’s funny how the same person can appear different to others. I said about 10 threads ago that in the family photo he looks MUCH older than her. Like mid-late 40’s. Maybe it’s his haircut, I’m not sure, but he looks old to me. I am slightly older than her and just can’t see what she saw in him. He isn’t, IMO, physically attractive at all. This was my thought prior to knowing he was involved or about any animal abuse, so my perception on his looks wasn’t swayed by my opinion of him (even the hottest guy would be instantly unattractive to me once I figured out he abused people or animals!).

He is good-looking if you look at all other photos available online, the one taken at school (black-and-white), the one where he clumsily holds the child.

There is still a hole in the information on PF being a cattle rancher. Where are all his cattle? Did he lease another ranch?

I hope the authorities made sure someone is caring for his cattle, horses and dogs.

Did anybody see this? It’s about a scheduled custody hearing. First I’m hearing about it, but, if true, it’s interesting and may point toward motive.

Yes. It was talked about several threads ago. Media picked it up without properly researching it. Search Gitana's threads and she gives a great explanation of how this is a case filed by protective services, not by Kelsey. Someone might know the thread off the top of their head.

I get the impression that the person with the knowledge participated in some manner this would not receive the reward. Their reward is a lesser or no sentence. I get a strong impression LE knows where the phone actually is which is weird in and of itself based on battery life. Maybe, this person was to turn on the phone. Sending the text(s), and dispose of the phone but decided not to for their own protection. Just theories...

I think he has a slight lazy-eye.

Earlier comments indicated animal control picked up the animals.

I would think a reward would be null, and void for anyone who is an accessory, or accompliss, and more likely they would be charged.
