I've seen the photos of her place. Does anyone think he or someone could have pushed her or hung her from the loft? Did it have a bannister or a pony wall?
Moo

Hanging. Coincides well with someone who works with animals and ropes,....
I have to ask.....
In a hanging death would LE remove the said items, removed?
Does anyone know?

No banister. There is a ponywall. See photos 16 and 18: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/269-E-Lake-Ave-Woodland-Park-CO-80863/62719652_zpid/
If he hung her why wouldn't he just leave her in her place to be discovered by someone? It would look like a suicide. Of course, we know that forensics would detect if he left any of his skin cell on the rope and they would be able to tell if she fought or if she was drugged, etc. But I doubt he knows that much about forensics or he would not have murdered her at her home to begin with. Assuming the individual solicited for murder ultimately played a role in a cover up...

Why did he agree to help? Did he feel obligated? Why did he feel obligated?

And why did PF trust that this individual wouldn't report the solicitation?

Did they share an interest in having her silenced?

If so, why/what?
Good questions. I hope we come to know the answers. Maybe he or she was a loyal friend who knew PF for many years. Maybe they owed him a favor. Whoever it was would have had to be someone he had reason to trust completely. Or maybe he made him an offer he just couldn't refuse. (Or she) Imo

It looks like she bought a home that was a bit of a location compromise between her work and his mom's acreage. That actually appears to be a very considerate decision on her part.

Maybe she had good friends through work, but they were all told that she had plans not only for the weekend, but the following week. If they all accepted that at face value, no one would have looked for her.

I'm curious why a successful 29 year old pilot who trained military pilots would choose a man who lived with mom. Any thoughts?
He probably told her he was letting his mom live with him. Mom probably busted that myth some time later.

Did anyone notice in that article I last posted, it said PF was primary caregiver?!?!

Wicked sleuthy gardener. That’s what I’m talkin’bout

No matter why the person agreed - playing a role in the cover up shows total lack of morals.
Yes, I'm pretty sure we can rule out someone with good morals. It may not have even been a person he knew very well, just someone that someone else knew who was willing to do it for the money. Or whatever may have been offered. Imo

I come straight to WS to check for updates on any case I'm following, sadly the news reports and media don't always have the correct or updated details. Anxiously awaiting an update about Kelsey, hope she's found soon, time passing isn't good, imo.

My theory is that Kelsey knew there was no future with Patrick or them together as a family. I think she moved to Colorado with hopes of that, but it didn’t work out.
I think more recently she began contemplating a move (or had mentioned a move), back to Washington State to be closer to her family and friends and was planning on taking the baby back with her.

She moved there because of him, took a job in a coffee shop, got pregnant, had the baby, bought a house, and then got her dream job?

I'm trying to figure out the order of events to better understand which rabbit holes should be explored and avoided.

Sorry if this was already answered but I don't think the coffee shop job was when she first moved. I think she might have taken that job while she was too pregnant to fly. In 2016 she worked as a flight instructor for Springs Aviation in Peyton, CO:

"A former boss said Kelsey Berreth was dating Frazee when she started working as a flight instructor at Springs Aviation in Peyton in 2016. She was "a little reserved and sometimes soft-spoken" but often talked about her then-boyfriend, company owner Bobby Hosmer said."
Police: Colorado woman likely killed at home, fiance charged

ETA: Her current job was at Doss Aviation in Pueblo, CO.

We don't know that she was with him all that time. He could have been the one to take her to daycare or another babysitter (or his mom) until daycare opened and he could have been the one who normally picked her up from daycare.
I'm not sure how much quality care one can provide for a child while working. I would think it would be important to focus on the job, which would make caring for a young child very difficult.
There was an article posted recently in which a man who claimed to work with him said that sometimes his wife cared for the child, and I'm sure there were times his mom cared for the child as well.
Whatever the child- care situation was, it doesn't sound very structured. I wonder if Kelsey wanted something more stable than having PF carry her around on the job with him. Imo

I don't think they sold it to her. I think they were renting it to her if a previous post is correct.

KB is on the title of the house

They may have been doing the same, or if she was making payments to them, they may have been treating it as a "rent to own." I'm not sure anyone knows about that. I think the deed just shows the parents LLC as the owners. But I do think they may have done it that way to protect her from having PF getting an interest in the property. MOO.

Or maybe she just wanted to give her parents the interest she would otherwise be paying to a bank. I’d rather take a loan from my parents and give them the 5% interest, than give it to a stranger, you know?

....snipped for focus.....

And why did PF trust that this individual wouldn't report the solicitation?

This is the question I have been pondering. The answer could be a few different reasons.

Its interesting that whoever it is, PF thought he/she may say yes to what PF was asking him/her to do. We dont yet know if this other person or persons even agreed to anything but we do know PF thought he/she may agree which is interesting.

Some of the reasons PF felt this way could be

A-the person was a very close friend for a long time

B-the person was related to PF in some way

C-the person was a business friend he had done business with

D-the person was a rodeo friend from his rodeo adventures

E-PF knew this other person had done other illegal or shady things in his past so maybe PF thought the person would not mind doing him an illegal favor

F-PF offered the person a lot of money to help

G-One of PF's friends, relatives, or associates told PF about this other 3rd person that would help him for some money

Lots of possibilities.

Interesting comments under the tweeted article from KOAA reporter, Sam Kraemer, who did the interview with Patrick Frazee’s friend.

I saw some posts about Kelsey's parents helping her buy or KB's parents owning her townhome and renting it to her. Was that speculation or new info? Just to be clear, I don't think we know that KB's parents helped her financially to make the purchase other than they set up an LLC and KB transferred her loan to their company. This could be a move to protect her investment. The house is in KB's name-- she had to qualify for the mortgage in the first place and she is the one on the tax records. There was a lot of discussion of this in thread #2: Start with the post by @Jethro4WS linking to the grantee to grantor transfer info: CO - CO - Kelsey Berreth, 29, Woodland Park, Teller County, 22 Nov 2018 - #2

I equate soliciting with offering payment of some kind to do a deed. Not the same as conspiring or helping after the crime. Jmo
This is not directed specifically at you, but, I think we are adding too much into the definition of solicit. Solicit means to ask for or try to obtain something from someone. As in, PF may have asked someone to murder KB, in return that someone would murder her. He could have then offered them something in return such as money, but by definition that didn't have to be the case.

<modsnipped quoted post>

I must have missed that one. If you can link it I would appreciate. I will add that to the info list. Thanks.

ETA: Nevermind, saw additional posts. I should have refreshed my page before replying, lol.

Kelsey's phone and purse were missing. Did LE ever post a photo or description of those items? I can almost draw Danielle Stislicki's coat, keychain boots and phone with my eyes closed.
We know nothing about the phone. The purse was described as "brown"; you can see it in the Safeway video.
