“A decision WAS made” re custody according to the reporter.
From the channel 11 report, it sounds like they did reach a decision. We just have not heard what it is.
Oh that's good news - thank you. Now, if they will just tell us what that decision is!!!
MOO

MOO He has every right to remain silent, however, by doing so he’s done nothing but make himself look guilty. If I was accused of a crime I didn’t commit, I’d be doing everything in my power to prove it and be screaming it from the roof tops to anyone who’d listen. Mind you, (we live in the mountains), the last time my husband was one hour overdue from a hike I was calling everyone I knew getting ready to organize search parties and notify search and rescue. Thankfully huuby showed up before troops deployed! I digress..... The point being, PF couldn’t look much guiltier if he hired a sky writer and declared it on several billboards. PF needs to knock off the bull crap, tell her poor parents the location of KB’s remains, save the taxpayers a drawn out trial and his daughter the future shame of it. MOO MOO MOO
He looked guilty before he even lawyered up, as he didn’t report her missing or make any effort to find her.

I’m assuming that this was because he thought he had committed a crime that he would get away with.

Kelsey could have left on her own, and PF was nowhere near her, because of that false cell phone trail.

At this point it isn’t just his behavior that makes him look guilty, there is appearently compelling evidence that also points to his guilt.

He’s dug in, and it’s too late for words or actions to save him.

He’s not as smart as he thought he was.

It's just neck hair scruff. But i'm sure there will be 42,302 posts about what it might be.
It is not neck hair scruff. So make that the 42303 post.
Edit to say, I stand corrected. On the one picture it is clearly neck hair.

Maybe he had to be restrained.
Could be that too,or taser.
I wish I were better at linking other post.
I do remember one stating he is refusing care, medical, phsychiatric, or something to that effect, which makes me think he could have tried hanging himself. It wouldn't be the first time someone in custody did that.

So how do we know that he didn't say anything in the court room but we don't know what the decision about the temp custody is? More misreporting?

@PrairieWind, what is typical as far the length of time it takes for the court to reach a decision in an emergency custody situation? Just wondering if it will be today or...?
(tapping foot)
I would expect the judge to have ruled at the end of the hearing. This is just temporary. I am guessing that the State currently has custody and they need an order to continue that or transfer. If CB is to take custody, they need an order allowing it. There doesn't appear to have been much evidence presented so no real reason to not rule at the close of the hearing. if the judge gave custody to CB, the state will arrange that hand over to occur privately.

It's hair on his neck. Very clear photos and video that someone else posted previously.

Who ever coached him initially told him to remain silent and I agree with @MassGuy he will never talk. The only hope the state has is others talking or evidence they obtain. IMO
Judging by the solicitation of murder-one, and the fact that he is charged with murder-one, I’m not concerned by a lack of evidence here.

Many “no body” murder cases take a very long time to develop, and that’s if they ever do.

The speed at which charges came here, does not bode well for him.

The prosecution has to have a lot.

Often we have different purses, for the occasion.
I have my shopping purse, my 'going out' purse, my casual purse, an evening purse, an all in one purse, where car keys, pencil and paper are attached.
Each has its own purpose: size, content, credit cards, ? requirements.
These can be added to a bag or used alone, depending on occasion.
Me, too. However, I assume that the purse that is missing is the one on the Safeway video. MOO.

Agree, just looks like hair. My gosh, this is all we have to talk about, lol.
Apparently you have forgotten about the endless discussion involving a certain breakfast item. :p:D

I would expect KB to be listed as a party on the actual case filings since, as far as we know, she has not yet been declared dead. Often, the court's docket sheets will have abbreviated captions of the parties. So I wouldn't at this point make too much of whether KB's name was or wasn't listed on the docket.
KB, PF and County Social Services originally appeared on the docket. KB was replaced by The People of the State of Colorado which appeared in her place both on the docket and in the hearing. I was responding to the poster whose friend told her CB was a party, which she is not (but which has nothing to do with whether CB could be awarded temporary custody).
