So, it says Clint Cline is the president of the Two Mile High Club. Let me tell you how that involves PF.
Cripple Creek is an old mining and gambling town. The Ashanti Gold Mine is there. There are a bunch of casinos. That's basically it. In the summer, they let all these donkeys roam around that town (im not sure why???) . They are really cute though. I am assuming that as a farrier, when there is a problem with one of the donkeys, they call PF to help.

Didn't the VI say that in one of her few early posts ?

If she did I missed it. Perhaps it was a removed post before she was verified? I've been reading here since thread 1 but I didn't start reading the thread until about part way through and I missed all the removed posts.

Don't infant carriers double as car seats - pop them out of the car seat base, carry them around, put them in a shopping cart?

Yes but they are extremely heavy. They don’t look to be, but they are. And for someone her height, it’s cumbersome and and odd shape to carry comfortably for any real distance. Speaking from experience, as I clobbered my way across a parking lot looking like a fool carrying one.

Are there any mines that would be easy to access unseen? Could PF have hidden KB's body in a mine?

Independence Pass is the the drive up to Aspen. Been there done that a few times. Agree it is pretty hair raising drive. All roads in the Colorado mountains are like that though as they don’t believe in guard rails. Pikes Peak access road is even closer to Woodland Park. I hope LE has some leads as to where her body could be because it would be impossible to search the high mountain passes. Imo
Just did that Pike's Peak drive in early August.... past the Stanley Hotel and into Rocky Mountain National Park (and we saw a black bear :-) . The possibilities where KB could be, sadly, seem endless. I hope someone comes clean.

Yes @The Farm ... the donkeys stay in CC but the organization does an annual Aspen tour in September..... curious if PF's involvement with the TMH Club included being a tour guide... I can google it but can't cope/paste a link to the sites..

Talk about a flatlander... I live in South Florida/6 miles from the ocean...at sea level. OMG those heights up the CD freaked me out :)

The Aspen Tour is in Cripple Creek, not Aspen CO. And I do not think they use the donkeys so am confused by what you are saying.

When did we hear the the grandmother was ill? I don't recall seeing that before. Perhaps that was in the contents of the text sent to KB's employer? It's one of the few reasonable reasons I can think of that an employee might take a week off with short notice. JMO.

The small town in Idaho where her phone last pinged near, Gooding, is located on Interstate-84, which is between Woodland Park, Colorado, and Soap Lake, Washington, where family members of Kelsey live.

"Her grandma isn't in good health so we thought, 'Well maybe'. In which case she could've driven right through the Tri-Cities," Kelsey's cousin JoDee Garretson told KEPRtv.

But no one in the family had heard from Kelsey since Thanksgiving Day, which is the last time her mother Cheryl spoke to her over the phone.

I also found this a bit strange, in this article:
And after she was reported missing by her mother on Dec. 2, the police searched her apartment, where they found both of her vehicles, her toothbrush, and a possible clue in a baked good.

I have seen elsewhere too that it was said she might be headed to see her ailing grandmother, but this was the only article that I could find with that information.

This post will probably be deleted by moderators. CB may have not contacted the police immediately for reasons which have been mentioned, but also because of her strong belief in God. She may have been worried and at the same time, reminded herself that Kelsey loved God, she loved God and that even though thing appeared questionable, that everything would be okay. In other words, at first she may have prayed. Then at a later point, taken additional measures.

If he was born and raised around here, I am sure he knows the land well. Perhaps he worked at the mine before? Or if he has been a farrier since graduating HS? It is a job a lot of men have around here. One of the biggest employers in the area. It is heavily guarded though. You can not just go into the Ashanti Mine. However there are probably others nearby??? I am thinking if he buried her, she will be found in spring when the earth softens and all the animals wake up =( thats what happens a lot around here. Animals drag them around for food and then hikers find body parts. oof. im sorry that is so graphic. Another sign of death is when the black birds fly around the body. This is what happened with Micah (forget her last name) and also w Kevin rudniki. There are two people lost on Pikes Peak right now, but searching is halted bc of the snow. One guy from NJ and another guy that was in the Air Force decided to climb it too late in season

Yes, like a needle in a haystack unfortunately.

I see blankets on babies in grocery store carts, heck im usually cold in them.

Looking at photo, they show her coming in 12:27, not leaving, time ? (Le) knows.

That pushes her getting back close to 1:00.

Yea I don’t think I would have NOT used a blanket if I took the effort of carrying in a car seat. I would be totally shocked if she didn’t drive to the store

Thank you so much for all the important addresses!

Apparently I am confused..... I thought the TMH Club hosted a trip up to Aspen. I didn't realize it was a local CC event. Sorry for the confusion!!

I too believe he truly loves and cherishes his daughter. When I saw the video of him walking out of the custody hearing I swear he flinched just a little when the reporter mentioned her name, saying ‘baby K wants to know where her mama is’. He’s been so stoic and self controlled in not responding but I think he had a harder time doing so when he heard her name.

Can you link to that video?

Assuming this was a first time. And assuming that it served only the purpose of ridding him of KB and not fulfilling a deeper need. Sorry to go so dark....but can we really just assume anything?

I think we can. Cases tend to follow logical patterns. I have not heard of a case in which the murderer of a significant other photographed the murder or the victim except in those bizarre cases of mentally ill and/or extremely rage-filled wack jobs who video tape the murder or record the aftermath and display it on FB or livestream.

But those types aren't like PF - closed-mouthed, quietly hiring and attorney/PR agent, etc.

the CD is the contintenal divide...
i think they are assuming that maybe PF was a guide. People come here to "leaf peep" so people give tours around the area to show the best area with aspen trees with bright yellow leaves.

Never had kids so maybe someone can answer this. Why (and I am not being sarcastic/mean) are we discussing "why did she bring the baby's blanket inside the store"? What does it indicate other than the obvious, "because she was cold". Suddenly I'm reminded of the chicken crossing the road. Please help me to understand why it is peculiar to bring a blanket along....

Because they are questioning if KB could have walked to the store and not driven

(and the drive from Divide to Cripple Creek is notorious for leaf peeping) its gorgeous. but if you are from out of town you dont really know where to go. So yes, an Aspen tour, of Aspen leaves, but not in Aspen Colorado, held by the 2 mile high club.
