I am a bit behind in all of this, but 2 first degree murdercharges is confusing when there is only 1 death. How are they allowed to charge him like that?
He must have also killed the person he hired to kill Kelsey.

I am so confused by that tweet. Why would she be missing? It makes no sense. A robbery gone wrong or staged robbery gone wrong would have had a body.
My guess he tried to hire them and they didn't do it so he had to. If he had made it look like a robbery, he'd already be convicted, going by CW's case. JMO.

Consumptive testing means the item will be destroyed in process. Authorities did not disclose nature of evidence. #Frazee #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

Yea, it makes one’s mind race.......

Possibly she had evidence of something he had done wrong. In the process of trying to rob her of that evidence, she died.
WOW!!!!!!!!

3 counts of solicitation means LE has evidence of 3 separate contacts PF made with one or more persons in an effort to induce them to murder KB. This is not just legal mumbo jumbo. There is evidence supporting 3 instances of solicitation.

(ETA the 2nd 1st degree murder charge is felony murder.) Felony murder is when someone is killed during another felony. So if, for example, KB was killed during a robbery gone wrong, felony murder could be charged. Or arson resulting in a death, etc.

These show that LE has a lot more evidence about details than we know about.

I'm an attorney but haven't been verified so MOO!!!

Not a lawyer, but the way I understand it is the murder charges require different things be proven and have different punishments. A jury may decide he’s not guilty of first degree murder, but is guilty of the lesser felony murder.

ETA: Though some of what I’ve read makes it sound like felony murder is not a lesser charge, so we need some verified attorneys to weigh in.

Ok.....so supposedly KB texted from Idaho..... Yet there is supposedly died from an "attempted" robbery at her home.

So confused now.....
Maybe the robber sent the text messages.

Just a guess on my part, but could the multiple solicitation charges stem from talking to multiple people about it?

BREAKING: Patrick Frazee charged with five murder counts, including THREE solicitation for murder charges
A reporter for KT11 News posted from the Teller County District Courthouse on Monday morning that Patrick Frazee has been charged with five murder counts: two charges of first degree murder and three counts of solicitation to commit murder. The charges indicate that authorities believe Frazee attempted to enlist at least one person, possibly more, in a conspiracy to murder the mother of his 1-year-old daughter.

The post also said that court documents show authorities believe Berreth was killed at her Woodland Park home in the course of an attempted robbery. It is not yet known if investigators believe there were additional people present at the crime scene.

What types of things would be destroyed during dna testing? Tiny or powdered bone fragments is the only thing I’ve heard of.
