Actually, her family does not say that. A much older aunt (in her 50s, as opposed to KB's age of 29) who did not live in the same city as KB is the only "family" saying that. JDG (the aunt) lives and works in Pasco, WA. KB was from the Warden, WA area and - for the past two years - had been in Colorado with no personal interaction with her family (this is presumed because no one has uttered a single statement about actually seeing her or being around her since she moved to Colorado). If the online meet was true, wouldn't it have been repeated or confirmed by at least one immediate family member or someone claiming to be a close friend?

Maybe I am reading what you wrote in the wrong way. But if you are saying that K has had no personal interaction with her family in two years that is not true because there is zero information to support it. Just because family aren't talking doesn't mean there is no interaction. The family and friends don't need to confirm anything, and they have clearly said they are not talking to preserve the integrity of the investigation. Maybe i misread what you wrote if so apologies

Thanks to everyone that has kept this thread going! I have been so busy this past week but continue to read and am very thankful for all the updates.

Court records indicate she was killed on Thanksgiving Day, but the arrest affidavit is sealed and few details are available about the evidence pointing to murder.

Although Berreth’s cellular phone was discovered in southern Idaho, authorities have indicated someone other than her took it out of state.

The murder solicitation charge means that someone else was involved in the crime but so far Frazee has been the only one who has been charged. To be charged with solicitation, the suspect did more than just ask someone to commit a murder on their behalf, Fourth Judicial District Attorney Dan May has said.

Frazee is being represented by a public defender, according to Teller County District Court documents.

Denver Post article 40 minutes ago on Dec. 31, 2018:

He is charged with first-degree murder, three counts of solicitation to commit first-degree murder and first degree felony murder.


The charges indicate that authorities believe Frazee conspired with at least one other person to kill Berreth. The multiple solicitation charges suggest he engaged someone or multiple people to kill Berreth on three occasions.


Woodland Park Police Chief Miles De Young has said investigators recovered enough evidence at Berreth’s home to convince them that is where she was killed.

Because the other day she caused quite a stir on social media on her Twitter by saying not only was she heading to a place close to PF's house, but that there was going to be an unplanned press conference at 5:00 pm that day. Folks were livid, as they thought perhaps Kelsey was found and that there might be more arrests that day. She upped the drama, stating she was going there on "her day off", indicating something huge was happening, then she didn't answer or reply for over 6 hours.

I agree. I can’t imagine why a friend or family member would choose to reveal personal details.
If a friend of mine did, I’d have one less friend.
In a situation like this, how can one even think of posting info? If anyone wants to, IMO, it should be the closest person to the missing/victim.
It really matters none how they met, IMO. They met & had a child. Now, she’s missing & he’s charged with killing her.
The result might have been the same had they met at a church picnic.
