IMO LE knows more than what they are saying. It hurts to even type this, but I don't think this is going to be a happy ending. Too many things don't add up.

The biggest thing that leads my mind in that direction is that people with loving families and friends don't generally disappear voluntarily for this long without contacting someone. There have been a couple of exceptions such as the runaway bride, but she resurfaced in a week.

In this KRDO video there is a close up of the top of the baby carrier/car seat in PF's truck: KRDO NewsChannel 13 / KRDO.com

Can anyone tell if it is the same car seat that Kelsey was carrying into Safeway?

Has there ever been a case on Websleuths where the SO was very suspicious for example-

Never did any local or national interviews
Never went to any of the press conferences
And retained a lawyer

But turned out to be totally innocent?

Just curious
I think whoever is responsible for KB’s disappearance may have learned a few things from the last big media disappeared mom. The lovely Shanann Watts. Moo

Missing Woodland Park mother requested time off work

According to this news outlet the law office PF visited is Cucharras Law Office in Colorado Springs. The three lawyers in that office practice criminal and personal injury. PF refused to answer any questions the reporter asked him as he left the office. Since they don't practice family law in that office I think it's fair to assume PF's visit wasn't for custody.

Oh my god. I just realized....if he didn't show up at the conference and KB's mom hasn't seen the baby. When was the last time the baby was seen?? So sad to think this, but.....
PF had his daughter with him when the media was following him around yesterday.

I think it is a different car seat.

Thanks. I'm leaning that way as well. Wanted to hear other's opinions. Not sure how significant it is as a clue but it says something to me if he has his own car seat for the baby. JMO.

Which makes sense if the news reports are accurate and he was the daytime caregiver while Kelsey was at work.

Nor do Mothers of one year old babies...

I find it very strange that the primary caretaker of this very young child just decided to vanish.

Has LE searched Patrick's home and car?

I am not the OP, but the chief of police provided that info at the 12-10 press conference.

And if someone did voluntarily disappear they would most likely contact LE to let them know they voluntarily went missing once it became a national headline.

Wonder if we have any lawyers willing to weigh in on if they had a client who was engaged to someone missing and what their advice would be....Speak? not speak? hide?

Exactly. It's a little thing but if he was the primary caregiver for the baby, or even a 50/50 caregiver, then it makes a difference in how we view him having the baby now. If he had the car seat Kelsey was seen carrying, then that would be more of a red flag to me. I know some parents only have one car seat and simply move it between vehicles but when you are living apart that is not really practical/it is a pain to do. JMO.

Not really. You would have to leave I84 and make a jaunt out of your way only to travel back to I84 to continue Northwest. There is no reason to leave I84 miles out of your way unless you want to go to Gooding for another reason.

You're assuming that when they say her phone pinged near Gooding that it means her phone pinged in Gooding. I don't think we know the exact location of the cell phone tower, and from there y0u'd have to draw a circle around it to determine the area within which the phone could be located. They might mean near the Gooding exit. (shrug)

There is so much that we aren't being told, such as whether the phone pinged between Woodland Park and Gooding, the contents of the text messages, her electronic history: phone calls, text messages, browsing history, social media, google search history, and on and on. I'm sure that LE has much more information than we will every know.
