Regardless, it isn't there now for whatever reason as the newspaper did not make mention of why it was removed. Generally, the media doesn't retract something unless they know it is incorrect or if law enforcement asks them to remove something. They don't usually delete things just because some person calls.

Gitana1,

I respect your opinions and appreciate the time and effort you put into your posts. I think we all do.

However, it should be noted that the father’s attorney said Patrick has voluntarily turned over his phone, given interviews, and cooperated with investigators. (That is not to say that he could not have done more, such as offering his vehicle and home for search.) With that info, it occurs to me that Patrick did not immediately retain an attorney.

Yet, I am sure that many, many people are suspicious of his role in Kelsey’s disappearance. I see nothing questionable about him retaining an attorney, innocent or not. His first “nature,” as you put it, was to cooperate and now he finds it would be wise to “get some legal advice.”

Please don’t take offense at my post. I do respect you.

No offense taken at all. I was commenting in general on what innocent versus guilty people do. And we don't know why he did all that or when. I don't know what his first instinct was. Or when he cooperated. Or if it was really voluntary.

You know, I was questioning this in my head. I am a baker myself, and those that bake like I do know that homemade baked goods with yeast go bad quickly. Her mother was quoted as saying that the cinnamon rolls were cold at Kelsey's place- I wonder, were they moldy, too? She just said that they were cold, not mentioning if they were hard as rocks, moldy, etc. So, question being here- if she made those cinnamon rolls on the 22nd of November, and it was Dec 2nd when she was reported missing, how could they not be spoiled by that time?
You would think they would be moldy after 12 days and not just cold. I wonder if anyone else has a key to her house.

He seemed to have lawyered up the day after the press conference where it was unmistakable that law enforcement is targeting him.

Got it. That would make sense. How was it unmistakable? I didn't see it.

In this case, the couple is not living together and the mother is now missing. The question I have is whether PF automatically has custody or does he have to petition the court? I have no idea if he's on the birth certificate. I find it unusual that the couple are engaged but the baby doesn't carry his last name.

In Illinois and Ohio, an unmarried mother has sole legal and residential custody until the father petitions the court. Jake Wagner had to petition the court for custody after the mother of his child was found murdered. And two years later, Jake is now in jail for the murder and some of the custody filings are alleged to be fraudulent. JMO

If he's on the birth certificate and mom isn't around child automatically goes to him. He doesn't have to file a petition. Not having his last name doesn't mean he's not on the child's birth certificate.

If he isn't I imagine he has or would be in the process of filing something to establish paternity. Otherwise the grandparents could swoop in.

Her brother went in, right? So either he does or it was unlocked unless she kept a key hidden outside (does anyone still do that?). Or was he let in by someone else?

We have had a poster from Colorado say that because of the low humidity, bread goes rock hard and dried out, not mouldy.

You know that happens, it happened in Jayme’s case. A fact was printed-someone didn’t want that info out, and it was deleted or retracted. I can’t say 100% fact. I get how that happens.

1) woman suddenly disappears 2) has a young child 3) male partner or ex-partner was the last known person to see her and she then disappears into thin air 4) delay in woman being reported as missing and this is not reported by the male who last saw her but by another family member who raises the red flag. I think we are all getting the picture here.

You should start a blog that documents the decomposition of the rolls.

You could also document the subsequent divorce as well (if you’re married).

After 10 days with no food and water the dog would be near dead and the house would have reeked. There was no dog!
There was probably water in the bathroom. I actually think there might have been two dogs.. The police did not volunteer the information about the cinnamon rolls, it had to be pried out of them. Although the brother should have mentioned if there was a dog.

I was assuming LE went in first. They did the "community caretaker" search on Dec 2, after Kelsey's mom contacted them that day. Would that search include entering the house or just banging on the door and looking in windows?? IDK

Also, let us know at what point your dog eats them and how many
