RIIIIIGHT!!!???? That is something that NEVER leaves a man.. EVER..
Unfortunately true. Many military experiences have changed him over the years but he came back different after sere-c. One would have to be high-ranking or SOF or specialized unit to get a slot, not sure PF has that in his past. I think we’d have heard about and type of military “career” he had, if there was one.

My father was a military officer for 20+ years but I'm not sure what you're not saying. I might be slow on the uptake, I did just take a dose of flu related Nyquil. :D
Thank you for his service. From what I understand, it is normal protocol to file pretrial motions to seal any or all military records. But I have questioned, if he was in military. As I come from military background I questioned why any or all service was not disclosed.

Happy New Year everyone!

Praying all the things we read about on WS never happen to you or your loved ones. It’s a crazy world. Just hoping you all have beautiful futures.

One never knows & should never say “never”. Bet 99% of the cases we discuss thoughtbitd never happen to them. Moo

Happy new year!

Very true, but even being close to someone you remember going through even basic training, you see a difference in a man.. I am throwing darts here.. But his staunch non verbal expressiveness reminds me SO much of militant training it just makes me wonder based on court motions to seal "any military" records.... Like i say, it is TOTALLY my opinion

And yes, I only know of Sere bc a friend went through it, and was SO. You are correct.

I’d be surprised if he was. Unless he served for a decent amount of time and all of those records are totally sealed, which I’m thinking not

I share your opinion. I just don’t see the average person being that in control of themselves at all times. It takes skill and practice, IMO.

my ex used to take my cell phone (and car keys) from me whenever he started getting out of control so I couldn't call anyone or video him, or get away. Maybe there was an escalation and she tried to call someone or tape him and he grabbed the phone and killed her? but that wouldn't explain the planning.

BBM agree. If that's the case then he was the one at the house and most likely committed the murder. He wouldn't take her cell phone for any other reason would he? IMO

Can you explain “consumptive” please?

Tia

(I looked but every link is broken)
It was explained at the press conference. Somewhere around the 4 min mark.

Yeah, it doesn’t work like that.

We’d know if he served.

He doesn’t seem the type anyways.

Yes SERE is located at Fairchild AFB outside of Spokane. And approximately 1-1/2 hours from where KB grew up.
Who was at SERE? I must have missed something I wish I hadn’t.

I just can’t see him in a SO role that would require all of his service to be sealed though.

Thank you, he was so proud to be an career AFO.

I asked about PF and the military when the motion was filed as well. It was a generally agreed that it was boilerplate legalese. I think I even asked if anyone had seen his FB and any military affiliation there.

No-one.. Just a suggestion if PF was ever in military

If he had served in the military, even briefly, I think we would know by this point.

Yes, I’ve worked with a few SO guys, and though I can totally see PF’s personality fitting in with theirs, even their records weren’t totally sealed. They would have outranked him for sure, too, so I can’t imagine we wouldn’t at least know that he had military service, when everyone could know of the guys I worked with.

Special Ops. They sometimes seal a lot of things for special ops service. They also are well trained in interrogation behavior and know how to keep quiet under pressure and show no emotion. I don’t think that’s the case here though.

Boilerplate? Please define for me.
