I don't think it's fair, at this point, to call her a mistress or other woman. We aren't sure if PF and KB were currently still together, if they were on and off, or what their arrangement was. This girl could have been his new girlfriend, or just friends with benefits, or just someone he knew. If they clarify to say he was cheating, then I am all for it, but until then, I don't think it's fair to the nurse in question
This is such a good comment!!
The only thing that bothers me is the word "fair."
This woman is allegedly a co-conspirator. A woman who possibly transferred a phone. A woman who allegedly made texts. A woman who allegedly destroyed KB's phone.

I just don't feel like being fair. MOO

I don’t see how this alleged female helper wouldn’t know something ... surely you aren’t given a female’s phone and told to take it back to Idaho with you etc. ... this person either knows some of the story or is incredibly stupid IMHO ... it would all sound very suspicious to me. It will be very interesting to see what her level of friendship is with PF!
More interesting what her story is, cause i can't imagine any scenario where that would be okay.

I feel I am beginning to get a clearer picture of the charges against PF but will wait for his arraignment to know if I am on point. I have said enough for now and I don’t know much about the girl in Idaho since I don’t read FB. But I do know I would never, for anyone, conceal someone else’s property or try to dispose of it. And if she did,
look what it has done to her life. But if she did, she deserves what she gets. And more. JMO.

Agree. Since SHE had the phone LE can threaten her with charges of murder,so I would hope she will spill her guts and tell everything she knows.

But will she 'tell everything she knows'.o_O
Let us see, if she lies, as PF: surely she knows why he asked her to be his helper.
Is she going to play the innocent victim here, I wonder?
LE have a lot to sort out, very quickly.
MOO.

Also the DM article states that PF and SF had been the only ones living in the house for the last 20 years? Odd because I read SF has 4 children. Perhaps the others were grown and gone?

Incredibly stupid is always an option for all parties involved.

She might not have been his gf, maybe the wife/gf of the person he solicited, did it because she was told to.
This^^
Absolutely a possibility. Maybe just maybe it's not her but (without saying too much) someone associated with her that should be the one really looked at.

Withholding arrest affidavit from Kelsey Berreth’s alleged killer violates his constitutional rights, legal experts say

Withholding Patrick Frazee arrest warrant affidavit violates rights, expert says

They brought this up in court and the Judge agreed it might and that is why they are having a hearing on friday to decide if the warrant info is to be withheld from PF for 7-10 days or if it would be a violation of his constitutional rights and then released to him that day. I don't think any damage has been done at this point but I'm not a lawyer. MSM could have run with this story a few days ago when it came up in court but they didn't..

I know the family of a murderer as well, and his mom is a wonderful loving and religious woman. She was actually the one who convinced him to turn himself in and confess. His siblings are normal, productive members of society, and his parents are still married, well-off, and well-meaning. He was just the rotten one of the bunch.

Yea in most of these cases, the defendant has siblings that are not murderers. <modsnip - response to snipped/removed posts>
I’m also one of the few here that thinks nothing of P living with his mom. It makes sense to me. It apparently worked for both of them.
I think Mrs. F is disgusted, shocked, hurt & angry as well as confused. I think she loves her granddaughter & misses her, already.
MOO

Remember the unabomber? His sibling turned him in as a potential suspect. He (sibling) hasn’t killed anyone. Yet, both raised in the same household.

Anyone change their mind on motive now that the other women involved, possible robbery aspect or 3 solicitation charges has come to light?

Disassociative identity disorder? I mean what was going through his head when he made this clusterf*** of a plan?

Can I say that since I used asterisks?

Police investigate whether Idaho nurse, 32, disposed of Kelsey Berreth's cell phone | Daily Mail Online
I am pretty sure this has been linked already because it’s being talked about. For anyone who missed the link to the article, as I did, here it is. What kind of a woman, a professional woman no less, would help a man plan to kill the mother of his child? There is a whole lot here we are missing. I can tell you one thing, the first time a man brought up an idea like that to me would be the last time I would speak to him! JMO

You go straight to the Police.
Let them deal with it.
If the solicited folk here, did this, in Sept, perhaps Kelsey would be alive.
MOO.

Can I call her "not too bright" ?!?!? Seriously, who would ever take possession of someone else's phone, for any reason? I can barely get them away from my teens when I ground them.... which is daily btw :)

When my brother died suddenly, I requested a friend to phone work for me, as I could not.
They did so.
I guess asking someone to send a text, giving them some feasible explanation, may have worked also.

But literally immediately after learning that the person who asked you to text has a missing fiance you would go to police. MOO

IMO, I think “Idaho” was a love interest and she may have wanted KB out of the picture, so she and PF had discussions about it, but I’m guessing she did not take PF totally seriously about his “plan”. Giving her the benefit of the doubt...she went along with taking the phone and maybe she did not realize just how serious PF was about killing KB until he confirmed that it was done. At which point she maybe freaked out and reached out to LE.
Hmmm... that's sounding pretty familiar.... (probably just from my own hunches about other cases...)

She bought her townhouse in May, her parents immediately bought it from her - according to property records - either as a gift or KB would make payments to them. He started soliciting in September - four months later.
I don’t know how long those properties last on the market, but I’m betting they sell quickly and even if they didn’t - her home would be easily rented out. She rented one before buying that one.
I’m not saying the relationship had not already ended - I’m just curious as to WHY her mother believed it to be a “loving” relationship?
By all accounts KB was very close to her mother. Did her mother lie for the police?
Did KB lie to her mother?
I’d love to hear the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

As several others have mentioned, I too believe that CB was intentionally “playing nice” because her precious granddaughter was in the custody of PF at the time.

No. I always thought that another woman could exist, but that even if she did, it didn’t alter the motive.

She just (at a minimum) helped him commit the coverup of Kelsey’s murder.

But the motive still lies (for me) with child custody, and not this other woman.

I don’t think this is a Scott Peterson or Chris Watts scenario, in that he wanted a new life with another woman.

That was simply the byproduct of murder here.

I believe that their relationship was over, and he could have simply moved on.

This is different.

It’s about the kid.

Disassociative identity disorder?
No, I don't think he had what's also known as Multiple Personality Disorder... We don't know his psychiatric history nor are we able to evaluate him. However, many murderers have had Cluster B Personality Disorders such as Antisocial and Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

Didn't occur to me that the felony robbery could have been something that happened on the way to Grandmas'. That makes sense, except maybe I don't understand the legalize I thought it had to be more solid ie the murder happened during the course of the attempted robbery or fleeing from. So if the police are saying the crime scene is likely KB"s house doesn't their felony robbery charge then have to be linked to her home. Honestly, i could be way off base here, I am not a lawyer or in any way knowledgeable about the law.
I think the charge stems from the DA theory that PF took KB's purse and phone from her directly (robbery) at her own home. And killed her there. Before, during, or after the robbery.
