Could be. But also could be that the ping that led LE to Idaho might have also led them to the nurse’s own phone. I assume that not only did she have Kelsey‘s phone in her possession, but her own phone as well. Maybe when police did a cell tower dump, they were somehow able to determine That the two phones were in the same physical location at one time. Then they traced the phone back to its owner, the nurse?
Maybe PF called the nurse or she called him around the time KB's phone pinged.

i think that it is possible to schedule a text message on android phone and maybe also on iphone. so it is somewhat plausible to me that PF might have left the cellphone in IN car. she drives to ID not knowing it was in car. text message sent via automagic schedule. IN later finds phone in car. PF tells her some story about KB getting new phone and he was supposed to sell it for her. so PF tells IN to sell it or toss it. either LE finds it via the pings being tracked or IN calls LE after whole PF thing gets too deep for her. i'm not so sure LE has much on IN that is chargeable unless PF decides to finger her. of course, all of that is huge speculation except that the scheduling of text which could mean no one sent the text from ID, but that PF set up the schedule then found a way to get it to ID. IN could be an unknowing lacky pawn in the deal. ok, enough of my opinions/imagination.

I agree that if he planned this for two months, scheduling a text is likely part of the plan, if that was his plan.

I, so badly, want to give IN the benefit of the doubt, but all roads are pointing to no, IMO. I think she knew. If anything, I think he may have guilted her into helping after the fact-saying his child would be an orphan, something like that-but I think she helped him.

I think w/o a confession, this is one large mess.
It’s not a stretch, by any means, to consider the likelihood that someone’s prints will be or have been found in K’s house. Someone’s besides P’s. Someone’s that shouldn’t be there.
A friend just had a beer at my house, if I kill my neighbor, think of the commmotion created if I deposit my friend’s beer can at the crime scene? That puts him there.

All speculation & MOO

Unless some of her remains are on his property, or he left a digital trail.

Not sure if that is a fact. Not sure of the type phone it was, or if it had an app installed that allowed delayed timing of sends. Dunno.
Most don't need an app.
Just hit the 3 dots in right hand corner and option come up. Select a date and time and that's it. The message is sent as you told it to.

Edit to add. I'm a night owl and think of things I want to send my daughter at 2am. So I schedule the text to send at 10am, that way I don't forget! I use it several times a month!

I'm sure her mother would recognize her. How else would they know t was her? You couldn't see the baby. Unless there was also footage we don't know of with her car arriving and the license clearly viewable.

Credit card history maybe

Thanks! IF IN was involved in the disposal of the phone and was not aware of the actual crime, there had to be a moment where she discovered, to her horror, that she could be charged as an accessory. I'm not saying that was the case. I do look forward to hearing her testimony. MOO

I'm still on holiday, and have been away and I see there are at least 40 pages! Can somebody tell me who IN is?

I'm working backwards on the threads and this came up.

ETA, are folks Now using the initials for the nurse from Idaho? Is that the same person?

They’re likely going to find lots of people’s prints and DNA in that house, it’s to be expected.

That happens all the time.

PF would be included in this.

Only one person solicited her murder though.

Only one person apparently asked for someone to help coverup this crime.

This case will likely be solved by witnesses, digital evidence, and forensic evidence proving that she is in fact dead.

I don’t expect that incriminating forensic evidence will be found, that proves that he killed her.

It will be other evidence that nails him.

ITA.

Jessica O'Grady's body has never been found but the jury had no problem concluding she was dead based on the amount of blood found in Chris Edwards' bedroom. Blood that was found the second time it was searched. Edward's tried to hide the blood splatter with white-out/paint. I get the feeling this case is similar.

Maybe PF called the nurse or she called him around the time KB's phone pinged.

Oh I bet their communication trail is astounding.
How incredibly dumb.

Idk any info that F or Bs might have to “tarnish” reputations, of each other, either. I guess there’s always “things” a person can dig up, if inclined.
Since the child is far from school age, maybe 50/50 custody? Just a guess. I would not like 50/50 but it’s not my call.
Personally, I don’t think the baby would be in danger with grandma F, she has never caused her harm, to my knowledge. It sounds like she has had opportunity, as much as she baby-sat, if factual.
I think the Bs will heal much faster if they can raise the child.
I don’t feel either party has a financial motive for custody, I think all love baby K.
MOO

I think the baby would be in 'emotional danger' if she was raised by the F family. She would be raised in a home where she would be surrounded by family who would be sympathetic towards the man who killed her mother. And she'd be surrounded by people who had to somehow 'justify' his violent actions by tarnishing her dead mother's reputation.

There would be 'pressure' brought to bare for her to forgive her father. And they would probably take her for routine visits to see him in prison, normalizing the situation.

And they would probably try to keep her away from the B family as much as possible.

It would be a very toxic, unhealthy emotional home life, in my opinion. I pray the judge has the good sense to let her stay with her mother's family and heal.

Idaho Nurse. She has not been named so we are referring to her as "IN."

Reports: Twin Falls nurse suspected of disposing missing Colorado woman's cellphone
ABC News reported Wednesday that a 32-year-old nurse from Twin Falls is being investigated for allegedly disposing of the missing woman's cellphone in Idaho, according to two of the woman's family members and a law enforcement source.

ABC's Clayton Sandell reported that the Twin Falls woman has known Frazee for years and that the two worked together for a time in Colorado.

We don't know who exactly she is, but she's a nurse in ID who is being questioned about disposing of Kelsey's phone.

She knew, if he solicited her in September. If true, that’s when she should have galloped straight to the police department.

That’s exactly what I think they found here.

More blood than one could survive losing, or something like brain matter.

I believe they have strong evidence that she is dead.

I think her uncle or brother posted here a couple of times too? Anyone else remember who it was?

Uncle but he didn’t get verified

  • #575
Well, yeah. She apparently sent a text to Doss from that phone to explain KB’s future absence. Of course she knew.
Yea if IN participated in this, that is exceptionally cruel.

First it was friends, then work related friends, now family & LE. Crazy, huh?

With the amount of evidence they took out, and the way they took things out, I'm going to guess they found blood and lots of it. :(

How coincidental the nurse was in CO Tday.
Not for a sec do I believe she didn’t transport the phone knowingly, IF it is proven she actually had possession of the phone.

MOO

The nurse was in Colorado today? How do you know that? Are you guys telling me that the nurse is a relative of his? I am so confused. Can someone give me a link as to the nurse being in Colorado, thanks

Again, I've been out of pocket for the last few days and just checking in occasionally and I'm not up on everything.

This is going to be such a sad story for baby girl to grow up with . Having a parent be a victim of homicide is awful but knowing your other parent is accused . I hope her childhood has great joy and hopefully some justice she can find peace in
And that, right there, is everything. All that baby girl knows right now is all of the folks she usually counts on..her day to day people...aren't there. I understand KB's mom has spent time with baby K, but that isn't really the same just at the moment.

Unless some of her remains are on his property, or he left a digital trail.

Or unless the friend can show he was at Trudie's, having a beer that night. If so, then planting that evidence comes right back at her. Framing someone isn't always quite that simple.
